Ma Cameron's in Aberdeen City

The snug is just how I remember it from 30 years ago and the Guinness is still superb 😊

Dont bother reserving tables for a party of any size, you wont get them When you arrive with your group, you'll find the tables were unreserved and already occupied and the staff present, "Dont know nuffin' 'bout no booking" You can either leave or, as we did, allow yourselves to be stuck anywhere room can be found for you, in ones and twos. I would never attempt to book a table or dine there again, I'ts akin to peeing against a gale of indifference.

Ma Camerons, is one of those traditional styled pubs, it looks and feels like a local pub, it is part of the green king chain so they have done well to give it this feel, good for food, drinks and a catch up, staff are great.

It is a typical student place but it is great. Very lively and vibrant atmosphere. People chatting away and enjoying student life. It is worth to visit

Jolly atmosphere. Very attentive & friendly staff. Good value for money & pretty central for Aberdeen shopping.

It's one of the oldest pubs if not the oldest pub in Aberdeen. Quaint little pub with a Warren of passages with little lounges and eating / bar space spread about. Pleasant staff. Food is the normal type of pub grub sold. We were in the snug, it was exactly that.

Reliable, never eaten there but pals go regularly and enjoy it. Drinks good, prices just right. Nice glasses too. Will make a fine addition to my collection 😉

First time here. Lovely little pub. Staff really friendly and look after you. Food was delicious. Will be visiting again.

I would leave no stars if it was possible. Myself, partner, daughter and grandson booked for a meal Sun 07/11 at 5pm. Got seated no problem. Drinks arrived promptly but when the food arrived the only thing that was edible was my grandsons fish fingers and chips from the children's menu. Both my daughters and my chicken was pink inside and my partner, who ordered sausage and mash received over cooked hard sausages and grey, micro'd mash. Both chicken dishes were removed from bill, but as one was part of the 2 for 11.99 deal it resulted in paying 8.99 for sausages that could have been used as weapons and mash I could have used as wallpaper paste. There was no apology, no customer service to speak of, no offer to comp anything. Massive drop in standards in both food and service since last there In August. It was so disappointing. I've been going to Ma's for 30 yrs and am both sad and sorry that today visit resulted in my decision to never go again.Can't praise Alan highly enough. After the above issue he contacted me immediately and was very sincere in his apologies. He has sent me a gift card as well. This has absolutely restored my faith in the customer service in Ma's and may well tempt me back across the door next time I'm back in Aberdeen, the increase in stars is due to how Alan handled the whole situation

Great pub, really friendly staff and tasty food. Loved the Beyond burger, good to see more and better vegetarian options available. Always so nice to visit and have a relaxing time.
