Mcdonalds Restaurants in Aberdeen City

There must be staffing issues just now, as this branch is normally excellent. Terminals not allowing eat in orders which created bigger queues, orders taking a lot longer to be sent out. I'm sure it's just a temporary situation as usually cannot fault it.

I enjoy going to McDonalds when I can, but unfortunately my last visit wasn't so good as the restaurant didn't seem busy at all as there were like 5 customers including myself, but the waiting time for a staff member to be able to take my order was a bit too long and many just passed beside the till until a staff trainer came and took orders.

How dare they expel children when they come as a costumers to buy food? Not every teenager is bad, and you should not judge and tell them off once they set foot in. You should list your job!

It was busy when we visited for lunch and so there was a little bit of a wait for food, but by McDonald’s standards it was well worth the wait! Decent portions, nice and warm as well as tasty; better than most McDonald’s visits I’ve had. Toilets could have been a bit better serviced (no loo roll!) but I acknowledge that it is more difficult in a city centre location. Certainly did the job for “emergency lunch” where kids are concerned!

Ordered 2 kids meal 2 cheeseburgers and i got 1 cheeseburger and chichen dipper thats how they cant work, and my kids left upset 1 with out nice supper surprise

Always seem to be on the ball nowadays and the drive through is running smoothly and pretty fast. The service in general is a lot better now than it used to be a few years ago. Food always seem's to be good aswell.

Brilliant service, sorting modifications to the standard menu. Speedy delivery to our table. Cleaning and monitoring, to ensure customer safety.

We visited this Macdonald's last week.They have a member of staff on the door, over seeing social distancing, but not hot on track and trace.They have 2 floors, and you can order food, from both floors, just a shame the food ordering machines upstairs... do not give receipts out, so you are unsure if your order has gone through.... but ask a member of staff and they check.They also seem to have a problem with lots of school children, all meeting on the top floor, while we were there, a member of management had to remove about 20 children for disturbing others.. ( 4 tables full of school children).When the food was brought to us... seemed the normal standard for Macdonald's and was warm.We then tried to order ice cream... no ice cream, apparently the machine has been removed to be repaired..All in all, I would say, customers experience needs to be improved.Would probably advise not to revisit, and I will not be returning if in area.

Really nice interior and really good fast food. I particularly enjoy the caramel frappe, raspberry milkshake, and burgers and fries. The service is also fast and digitized and makes everything quicker and easier.

This place is very crowded all the time but the personal is very good and fast so it don't take long for you to get the order and enjoy your food or drink. The toilets area are cleaned and well maintained. The sitting area is clean and organised. The desert is very good here too.
