Changed, came away without coffee or snack. Closed to public for seating indoors, only take away coffee >before 1pm. Residents only can be seated all day. This attitude is unfair bias imo.

Newton Dee is a favourite place for me & my family to visit. Just stepping out of the car gives me a feeling of peace which deepens as I walk around, past the pond & on to the cafe. The cafe itself is full of luscious aromas. Their soup is fresh & tasty and bread, oatcakes &/or rice cakes to accompany it. A meal in itself but it is worth keeping a space for their cakes and biscuits. Yummy. Gluten and dairy free is catered for.Have a look at their gifts and cards displayed there - some of them are made by the folks who live at Newton Dee.Don't leave without a visit to the shop next door - you will find some other fine things to buy, fruit, veg, cheeses, dried goods, sweets & much more.Maggs

Lovely atmosphere, with inside and outside seating areas, and a good selection of toys and books to keep the kids happy. There is generally a good selection of baked goods, including free from options, although savoury options tend only to be served until 2, so get there on time if you want lunch!

Best coffee and the cakes are delicious, I would recommend the lemon and palenta cake, it's perfect and gluten free. The staff are kind and friendly and are more then willing to help with any inquiries that I had. I couldn't recommend it enough 10/10

Newton Dee Café and Store are great. You can leaf through their books for sale while you enjoy lunch or a drink and bakery fancies or scones. Slip a cross to the store and buy some of the vegan, organic, gluten or dairy free items they sell along with fruit and veg or cheese. Or buy some of your old favourites like Tapioca or Semilina, the list is endless. Not to mention the creams and potions section where you'll find atures remedies etc.

You need to walk a little about 200m to the cafe from the car park but it’s a lovely walk. The building is lovely and cozy. There are a lot of crafts and gifts made by the handicap or not so abled bodied person hence it’s nice to support. More like a cafe for a snack or very light lunch. They have sandwiches, salad, pizza, soup & bread and variety of cakes, coffee & tea.

The cafe is cosy and spacious. It is situated in a stunning green area. The staff are friendly. They make awesome cappuccino. Only the little thing that I don't like is that the menu for breakfast is so limited (only cakes and coffee). They do serve soups for lunch though. Any way I would rate the place full stars.

Soup and bread, teas coffees and cakes are all good. Main courses frequently sold out by 1 pm or thereabout. Very much missing the great gift shop which has been done away with to make space for more tables.

Always a pleasure to go. Relaxed and friendly. Nice soup and bread, lovely cakes and I must an exceptionally good strong espresso. Adjoining the very good Newton Dee Shop, also very well worth a detour for great products.
