Very bland absolute rip off could of made better curries myself, won’t be going back!

Shocking bad service. I booked a table for new years eve online two days before, received an email confirmation and phoned and confirmed with a staff member on New year's Eve itself. When we turned up they said they had no record of our booking and couldn't accommodate our party of four. They blamed me for booking online through their website, if this is an issue why offer it? Thankfully Dyce tandoori saved our new year.

Quiet night for some reason, but majority of food really good. My Korma, ordered prawn, got chicken, but pressed on anyways. Was a bit bland, but other parties enjoyed their dishes, hence 4* Wine was great value too.We'll be back, but I'll try something different.Good service, attentive staff and all dishes arrived hot.

Due to lockdown. I always prefer online Delivery and avoid takeaway. I hv tried Indian food numerous times from Shish Tandoori as they used freshand pure spices in their food. That's why their food is so delicious and authenticI always recommend Shish Tandoori for Indian foodTry once you will order again and again.Thanks

A few days ago I was invited to a birthday party. And I went there. That place was very awesome inside. And the food was very yummy. All the tandoori dishes were very tasty. Staff members are also very polite. the best authentic Indian Food Restaurant in Aberdeen.

Ordered a delivery at 17:05 on New Year’s Eve 2020 and was informed it would be approx. 1.5 to 1.75 hours. 3 hours later and 21 unanswered calls to the restaurant I get in the car and go to the restaurant to find out what’s going on.I’m then asked if I would like to change my order to a collection seen as I’m there..... I wouldn’t be here if you had delivered in the timescale you advised.Asking how long I will need to wait for it seen as it’s been 3 hours already, I’m informed it will be another hour which is outrageous for two curries, two rice, one nann and some popodoms, yet the guy who was served in front of me ordered at the same time around 5pm was told he would only need to wait an additional 15 minutes for a larger order.When I asked why the phones weren’t being answered (bare in mind the phone never stopped ringing the whole time I was waiting to be served and whilst being served) I was told that the server was instructed not to answer the phone any longer.... god only knows how many orders were in the same situation.Server then apologised stating that there was nothing they could do and they had taken on too many orders and it would be an hours wait or a refund in 3-5 days which over the new year break will end up being the guts of 2 weeks.Absolute shambles from what is usually a fantastic restaurant. It’s a real shame and I will miss the food as it’s always amazing but the customer service this evening was a disaster and there was zero effort made to accommodate a regular customer.

Been here for the first time with my parents. It took a bit of time to get the food, but certainly not terribly so.The service was quite good and the food was also enjoyable for a reasonable price. The restaurant is also pretty inside so gets a solid four stars.

Nice and quiet restaurant with tasty food. The place is clean and cozy and has white & red calming decor and chillout music. Good table service and meals are freshly prepared so might take a while, however, I wouldn't say we were waiting too long for food to arrive. Staff very polite. They look busy for take away as well. It's my second visit and I will be back. Would recommend for a quiet night out or family dinner.

I’ve eaten in the Shish Tandoori and ordered food for take away quite a lot of times. The food is always served quickly and it is always delicious. The staff are all so friendly and nice and make me feel so welcome. I am allergic to dairy and they’re so helpful and understanding and make sure I know what I can have and they make sure I’m happy with my choices! Love this place!
