Subway in Aberdeen City

Very bad service and behavioural service really don’t here because not good staffed

Rude staff, empty shop, no welcome, no thank you, no good-bye, felt like I was doing them a favour buying a sandwich, went back and spoke to asst manager, made her aware of my experience, no apology. "Maybe well be better next time" there won't be a next time from this customer, Subway sort yourselves out, plenty other options out there

This outfit is a pure ripp off I asked for a wrap with ham she put on 4 slices Leith chicken then cheese she put on ham 4 slices then took of 2 and put on the chicken then the cheese and took off two slices of ham and a slice of cheese and said that is an extra 2 portions you have to pay for so I said why you just took of 2 slices of ham and a slice of cheese she said that is the rules price £11 .68..should go there very cheap. T total scam. And where she came from no idea. Could not understand a word it was like ordering a Chinese.

Staff aren’t very polite and they don’t know how to clean their knifes or worktops - I don’t want a mouthful of spice when I haven’t ordered any!Additionally they have the cheek to charge for a cup for TAP WATER.Won’t be back.

I arrived at 20:40 and the closing time was 21:00 but it was still cold and couldn't have my subway

Friendly and helpful staff. I visited with my elderly mother in law. They were great

Exceptional service from Julia and Ali :) Not only were they extremely polite but also very approachable, striking a conversation with us in spite of how busy they were with other orders.Another huge plus is that the place was maintained clean and it was evident that necessary precautions are taken at all times.Lovely experience, unexpected from a simple visit to a fast food restaurant.

Should b no stars partner ordered on just eat and said driver at restaurant shop closes at 8pm which has came and gone now 20/7/21 8.04pm. So no food nobody picking up phone and no food. Doesn't take 40 mins to make up an order on a Tues night 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Such a shame as I know most of the workers are usuly very polite and are good with customers. However today's experience felt extremely rude and discriminating. Just before my payment I gave a 20 pound note and she immediately rejected it saying we don't take old notes anymore. Another customer next to me searched this up and explained to the workers that it is valid until September 2022 where she turned around and said "we still can't accept it because it has a tear in it". The tear was tiny so argued and she checked the hologram for about 3 minutes to which I asked what is taking so long and their response was that they get fraud cases often with fake notes. I've been a customer here for a long time coming to this subway about 3 times a week and sad to say for the other workers that were very pleasant, I will not be returning.

Was slightly overpriced for £7 if I'm honest the lettuce/tomatoes were slimly texture like been sitting in water, the chicken teraki was good + red onion was fresh . I collected my order by using pre order on just eat.
