T G I Friday's in Aberdeen City

Went here with my husband and child for tea after a long day at codonas. Had fantastic service, got seated instantly even tho I did not book a table. The cocktails were huge and life changingly delicious. The food was amazing and we all left very full and happy with our service. I'll definitely recommend the restaurant as the staff are so friendly and welcoming, foods amazing and choices of drinks are brilliant. Really large portions for your money and we all left more than full and happy with our orders. Ordered more than the photos but enjoyed the food and forgot about photos 🤣 starter was the sharing potato skins with pulled beef and the teenager had seasme chicken starter . My husband had the rack of ribs and they were the best ribs he'd had. I had the seasme chicken and it was delicious. The teenager had a double burger and loved it.

As always the food was absolutely divine! It was really quiet when we went in around 3 which meant we didn't have to worry about the 3 kids but the colouring kept them occupied whilst waiting for food so all was good! You just can't beat a TGI Friday's lunch/dinner!!!

Made a booking for Tuesday 4 Jan at 630.We placed our food order promptly and we got served it at 720 😡 and all the order was cold! The layers of cheese on my burger hadn't even attempted to melt 😡The whole order was sent back and recooked!It was as if the staff completely avoided our table because I complained!Even other customers commented that to us!The restaurant was freezing. One guest in my party kept her coat on to eat whilst other customers kept theirs on too 😡Took ages to catch someone attention for the the dessert menu.The only thing the restaurant did get right is that they realised my special request that there was a birthday in our party and we got some money off the bill!

Our party had a booking for 6pm 27th Dec for a 30th birthday meal. On arrival we were made to queue outside the door for 10 minutes in the freezing cold.When we were eventually allowed to enter we were met by a waitress who started to serve us but then prioritised a phone call over showing us to our table.Once shown to our table we then waited another 20 minutes and had to ask another waitress if we could get a drink and have our food orders taken.An hour on 7pm we still hadn't received our starters so we reminded the staff.And the main courses we had to wait a other 35 minutes for.The food was tasty but the staff were not attentive at all (we were having to chase up the staff constantly for more drinks ect)The restaurant was not clean. The floors were covered in food, dirt, straws and dirty face masks.Our party of 6 were over £200 for our meal and although the food was tasty the restaurant experience was so disappointing.A special 30th birthday meal spoilt by poor service.I won't be returning.

It's a burger bar sort of place. I was there because I was with a party. I usually eat in restaurants and this wouldn't be on the list. 10 out 10 though for the happy birthday sing song by the ladies. I'm sure this would suit your average McDonald's customer. Clean and tidy just not for me.

Not the best, waited nearky 1 hour for food, it was not busy at all, when we asked about it, it then got served, cold chips, dried up beans on child meal. Very disappointing, the waitress was lovely, she clearly was embarrassed to ask how our meal was, she did get money off the bill which was appreciated but would of been nice to have a hot fresh meal.

Lovely place next to the beach. We went last night for a quick bite. Didn't have a reservation but they quickly found us a table. Staff was very polite and service was quick. Needless to say food was delicious as well. The only downgrade for me was the strong smell of food around. I've always felt like TGI's could work a bit on their menus.

Nice place to hangout, the only concern was the price was bit high but enjoyed the food thoroughly

Food and ambience good. Came here for drinks and never dissapoints. The boneless are good. Tried also the chicken fajitas, they are OK, nothing really exciting. The servers are very friendly. They are accepting walk ins, however, I dont know if that applies at night.
