TGI Friday's - Union Square in Aberdeen City

Was served by one of the nicest staff I've ever come across can't remember her name but she had so many medals for her archivement and long stay. Even when we changed our order she already brought, she didn't get upset or do her job grudgingly. With so much smile she was always waiting on us and asking questions to make sure we are having a great time and experience. Lastly their burgers are delicious.

It’s only for one time visit , won’t recommend it to anyone , steak wasn’t tender/juicy!

Stopped off for cocktails and weren't disappointed as there was a HUGE choice. Opted for Purple Rain (Prince fan) and Zombie. All staff lovely and friendly. Toilets could be better as I struggled to get hot water, in fact any water, out of the taps. This is unacceptable in these infectious times

Great place to eat after work, before work or anytime your hungry!Good sized portions, friendly and helpful staff, my go to place to eat in Union Square.Good covid protections in place.The menu has all the usual favourites but I’d recommend the potato skins, hot and spicy ribs, then an Eton mess, all washed down with a decent beer or two.

The visit before this one was a bad experience here, but I'm glad to say this visit was back to the normal TGI Fridays that I am used to. No problem booking a table an hour in advance on a Friday evening. The food was good, didn't get as much vegetables in the fajitas as normal, but managed to make it work. Love the sesame chicken strips. Got rid of the June Bug from the cocktail menu 😪

Typical chain restaurant. We went there for lunch on a Sunday. It was busy so booking a table online is definitely recommended. We had the Classic American Cheeseburger. The food was good but nothing special. The dessert options were very limited. The staff are friendly and not overly attentive which is good. In all fairness, it would've been hard to be attentive given how busy they were. Overall, it was an okay experience but I won't rush back.

Great Customer Service from the second we walked in. Great social distancing measures in place. The colleagues were very friendly and polite. The food was great and brilliant portion size. The bacon and cheese potato skins are to die for. I ordered a non alcoholic cocktail, its was really tasty and very well presented. Top marks from me I would definitely recommend

Booked a table using the online system which was really intuitive. The staff were excellent without being overly attentive which I have experienced in some TGIs. The service was prompt and the food was very good. We had a couple of cocktails which were all well made and hit the mark.

Arrived in Aberdeen rail station and stopped at Union Square in the shopping mall. Went around and on the 1st floor we found some restaurants. My daughter is a burger lover and we opted for TGI Friday. Staff were welcoming and the restaurant was well furnished. Restaurant is family friendly although cocktails & other alcohol drinks are available. The restaurant has great offers and offers an unlimited soft drink refills. We had chicken wings, chicken tortilla and mozzarella sticks in tomato and basil dip as a starter all divine and a burger tasted juicy and delicious. The waiter who assisted us was amazing, always present and made us feel comfortable like in a fine dinning restaurant. Thanks Barnabas

Excellent service. Great place to have a birthday as a few waiters & waitresses came out and sang a birthday song with a complimentary cake with a candle on top! I thought that was really sweet. Food was delicious and the place was clean. Definitely one of our favorite place to dine out.
