Really nice location with a walk close by to burn all the extra calories you've just eaten. The food was great and the prices were not bad either, worth paying a visit, would highly recommend.

Late February and we were eating outside in the glorious sunshine. Had a great lunch here... It's very busy yet the food came out in good time and a very friendly service. The location is awesome and having done a little walking earlier, we were ready for some wholesome food. This place delivered in spades. Worth a visit.

Had a lovely cuppy and delicious cake when on our way back from Aboyne. Lovely memories of being here as a child. A great place to stop of or just to come for a meal.

The restaurant is surrounded in a beautiful countryside, food is lovely and the staff are very warm and friendly. Very cozy feeling that you would want to go back. 😊

This place might be remote but it is a busy place. It is wonderful to have a restaurant near the Cairn o'Mount. When I arrived they were fully booked but the lady granted me an hour to enjoy something to eat. They have a wide variety if dishes and some very tempting cakes. I was delighted to get the opportunity to be here. I would certainly say if you plan to come to book in advance otherwise you may have to sit outside. I had the full breakfast which was lovely and the prices are very reasonable. One final comment is that the staff were very pleasant and I managed my food well within the hour.

Lovely restaurant/cafe at the bottom of the Cairn O'Mount climb. Good menu of traditional favourites and vegetarians are well catered for. Indoor and outside seating available, adequate car parking and very cyclist friendly. Excellent coffee!

You don't come here for the food, you come for the views. The food is very good, I had a delicious BBQ melt but the views are simply breath taking. The staff are very friendly too and gave lots of great advise about the local area. Would highly recommend
