Harbour Spring Peterhead in Aberdeenshire

Me and my young daughter arrived later than expected so just wanted to eat quickly and settle in for the night. On arrival we were unfortunately slightly harassed by a drunk (but seemingly harmless man), it appears he had tried to pay for our meal and although I actually did pay for my own meal he continued to try to come over to us a few times and made me feel quite on edge..Every single member off staff who dealt with him did so in an expert manner. They tried to de-escalate when he started to really push his luck when disputing his bill etc.... the staff ended up having to call police just to encourage him to leave eventually. They made us feel safer on what was supposed to be a relaxing overnight stay.

Stayed 2 nights in hotel and dined in restaurant for breakfast. Rooms were clean, modern, well appointed and have everything that you need for a work / leisure stay. Location great and next to spar / service station and couple of fast food restaurants if outside restaurant hours. Staff really friendly - nothing is too much for them and really attentive. Breakfast fab. Overall great value for money, warm and welcoming staff. Thank you!

Went there today with my mother, sister & nephew.The customer service was top notch.I had the Ultimate chicken burger, which I really enjoyed, Food was great.My nephew had fish fingers, chips & beans. He ate most of it before getting full, seems to have enjoyed it.My mother & sister both had the regular Carvery. While my mother enjoyed it, my sister thought the Yorkshire pudding tasted too "Doughy". Other than that, everything else was fine.

Harbour Spring is one of the best restaurants and hotel I have stayed in. I have stayed here a few time and the service is excellent. The staff at the restaurant are nice and friendly and always make it comfortable. Excellent service from staff at all times especially Amy, Aimee and Pat!!

Been a few times now and each visit has been great. The food is flavoursome, great value for money, friendly family atmosphere, great fast service and the staff are always lovely. Highly recommend, 5*

I eat here quite regularly and I've always found the staff and management to be extremely friendly and helpful. Tonight I had a mixed grill and the chef did a great job. Would definitely recommend.

Upmarket chain eatery with adjacent hotel near Peterhead. Nicely spaced intimate tables. Menu varied with typical chain pub choice Deep fried cauliflower wings with spicy dip were excellent . Not so, nachos for one, tortilla chips were soft, stale tasting. No guacamole was available and presentation was poor on an ordinary side plate instead of a more appealing bowl.Main course was very good we both had Hunters Chicken topped with bacon and lashings of melted cheese all smothered in a smoky BBQ sauce. Very tasty indeed. Nice pleasant atmosphere and staff were friendly and helpful. Great place for either a couple or a family occasion.

The appetizers were lovely, the steak and ale pie looked like a microwave tesco pie. Nothing like it used to be. Didn't have any cakes for us to take home, no buffalo cauliflower wings. Family favorite restaurant but feels like the food suppliers changed.

Well priced and comfortable. Overall was a pleasant experience but took a while to check in as reception is in the pub across the car park. Staff are obviously dealing with patrons in the bar and restaurant area with check in staff helping them out too. Took around 10 minutes to even speak to someone about getting my key card.

Carvery to die for, increadibly friendly staff and so child and family friendly it puts other places to shame. I have two young toddlers who can be a nightmare and they never made us feel anything other than at home. Happy boys happy parents! Highly recommended.
