Nice inside the resteraunt, staff were polite and helpful. Food was good, prawn skewers to start with and then had the homemade burger which was brilliant. Mrs had prawn skewer and then scampi and chips no complaints and woukd come back

Had a lunch gathering for our singing group Leighann Esslemont music school. The dining area was very busy. Efficient service, lovely staff. Band playing.... It was great first time listening to live music and dancing since Covid shutdown!

Booked a table for a belated valentines meal. The Drouthy Laird came highly recommended. The food was great and the service friendly. The only criticism would be that at times we were left unattended for a bit too long. Would certainly go again.

Nice bar and lounge. Booked a table for a meal so was through in the large function suite at the back. Tables all very well spaced out. Lots of staff, polite and friendly and reasonably quick service. Good selection of meals and reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend this place.

The Drouthy Laird: very welcoming staff and warm lights. Plenty of tables in the restaurant space, much quieter than the bar space. The waiters came very quickly to ask for our orders and explained the different dishes, with a very strong accent though. The portions were quite small, especially the mushroom risotto, and my partner left still hungry after it. Mixed experience...
