McDonalds in Aberdeenshire

Totally useless, 40 mins to get through drive through to order. Everything right on the screen but what they gave us was wrong but the label on the box was correct. Another 20 mins stood inside waiting for someone to actually acknowledge we wanted serving and another 10 mins to get a single wrap. Staff just ignore people who want to order and pay cash. Not a good service at all.

Very poor service, all the touch screens were off and our orders from 3 people were all placed on one tray in no order. People had to open up packaging to see which food belongs to who. I've been in many McDonald's and can't believe how really bad it actually was.

Took the 727 bus there from the airport hotel and ordered in house to dine in. Got my order and my triple cheeseburger was lukewarm as was my medium fries. The 6 x nuggets were the only items that were what you would call hot. It's not exactly hard work to get hot food out to people who dine in, very disappointing.....I should have taken note of the reviews really. People, take note !!!! .......I will not be ordering food here again.

Someone has to do something about those teenage yobs that seems to be hanging around in this venue lately. Groups of them occupy half of the restaurant. Throwing food around, crayons, burping, farting, walking on tables. Less and less regular people are showing up or they just use the drive thru. This is just insane!

Nice quick service today, and the flake and raspberry Mac flurry was ace

Bang average. Reasonable service and reasonable food. The manager giving Staff training beside us using the bin as a table was a little weird but didn't put us off too muchNot to worry. I'll be back !

Only downside is trying to get in, if you want to eat inside you have to queue along with the cars ordering via drive through. Why dont they make 2 separate lines one for eat in and the other for drive through.

Poor service today, I went with my son ordered chocolate milkshake and the taster was awful.. too sweet and when we complained the guy seemed not care. Never to go this mcdonards again.

Went there around 11:15 and the woman who was seating people and helping customers was amazing. She was helpful and made sure everything was clean and organised. And the chicken bbq and ranch wrap was delicious!

Very poor experience here. For not the first time I have ordered through drive thru and I haven't received my full order. One time they forgot to put chicken nuggets in the bag, the other time they were the dips I paid for. Do the employee's collect things from every order to make it a full meal for themselves ???! Fries often are soggy, tasteless and for large meal half full.Today's burger was pathetic. See pictures. It's 2cm thin and chicken pieces was placed in both sides of the bun NOT in between them like it should be for a burger! Like for f sake you got one job - do the Chicken MC Tasty as flippin burger not salad sandwich with chicken strips on side. Very disappointed. Never had this bad quality of food and service.
