Very friendly staff who go out of their way to make sure your stay is enjoyable. In walking distance of the town centre.Only gripe was the shower in our room was not very powerful.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. Hotel is very stylish, clean and comfortable with a huge comfortable bed and lots of space especially in the bathroom. Food was delicious, we had dinner and breakfast here and all food was very tasty. Service was awesome as well, everyone was very professional but also friendly, we were made to feel welcome. Would definitely stay again.

A nice hotel, staff really friendly and efficient, especially Iain,who at 4 AM had to assemble us outside because of a fire alarm, luckily it wasn't raining and it was only a faulty sensor, really delicious breakfast, porridge with cream, try it. We had a few evening meals whilst we were there and they were all excellent.We stayed in room 2, a bit tired, furniture wise but clean, a comfy bed and a large ensuite and nice views over the countryside.Can highly recommend this hotel, should be 4 star.

If you want to stay somewhere where you feel like you're embarking in some kind of Zombie apocalypse, with a cold atmosphere and overall a place where you do not feel welcome, then this ones for you. The two male waiters were miserable and dampened our experience. The hotel did not adhere to their room cleaning policy and clean our rooms on the third day, as stated by the lady by the front desk and in the welcome pack. Overall, a disappointing stay. What I will say however, is that the young female staff were all very pleasant and provided us service with a smile.

Loved it ! A very nice hotel enjoyed our stay here the only thing that let them down i ordered soup of the day the first night and it was very good a small roll and fluffy butter went with it ! Now on my second nights stay i had it again as the menu is limited and the soup was so good the night before but this time the roll was not fresh and they had put it in the microwave very disappointing a big let down.Apart from that would go back 8 out of 10

Fantastic stay for two nights. Staff were super friendly, the room was spotless and the food in the restaurant was outstanding. Couldn't have asked for any more. Thank you!
