Via Roma in Aberdeenshire

Excellent food and great staff who were polite and created a friendly atmosphere. 6 of us dined in and for one it was a birthday, staff had no issues in serving up a birthday cake we brought in which was great will definitely go back, pricing was reasonable for 3 courses and coffees.

Fabulous service & food. We went to celebrate our daughters 21st birthday. The waiter asked if we were on a family night out & when I mentioned it was our daughters birthday he came out with candles on her sweet singing happy birthday. The staff were lovely & although it's a Monday night & they were busy they were still attentive.

Came in with friends on Saturday 22nd Jan.Lovely welcome but had a long wait to be served.Starters arrived and they were delicious but 2 of the main courses were very disappointing. I had a chicken dish which was a very small thin piece. Not enough for a main course. Our friend ordered tortellini and it was a ridiculous portion. Barely covered half the bowl.On another note. The toilets are in a serious need of updating. Dark, dingy and dirty. Chipped paint, cob webs and the vent thick with dust. Not a great impression.Not sure I’ll be rushing back.

Good food at very reasonable prices. A good range of pizzas and pastas, and they catered for our guten free party member without fuss.

Haven't been to Via Roma for many years. We had a wonderful evening in a warm cosy welcoming dining area. All the staff were very helpful, friendly and went out of their way to make our evening special. Marco was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about food allergies which made us all feel very relaxed and confident about eating there as our son has serious dairy and nut allergy. Thank you so much Marco and team. We can highly recommend and we will be back! . The food was delicious!

Our family meal to celebrate my son Max's 18th birthday was excellently executed by Marco and the fantastic team at Via Roma.

Went to this lovely wee restaurant on a Sunday night and I was delighted and shocked to see how busy it was - even despite the horrid weather outside. The food was exceptional, exactly the types of dishes you’d expect to see on an Italian eatery’s menu and were executed very well. Every course was enjoyable and the staff were also very lovely. The owner Marco also took the time to see every table and check in with them which I also really liked. A very lovely meal indeed.
