The food can be amazing but the staff don't listen to any requests and always send out the wrong orders and when you ring up to complain they say they will send the correct thing out but always take another hour on top of the hour you've already waited if you order anything I suggest you call them instead of online as the there is one member of staff who pays attention and that only one who makes sure things are correct

Half cold pizza I expect quality goods and service for the astronomical prices

Absolutely amazing Bologna calzone absolutely Devine! Kebab burger! WOW! And chips are not hard but soft and well cooked! And have amazing customer service 10/10

Yesterday I bought for the first time it was mint. The cheesebox was incredible best takeaway I’ve had in a while. 🤩

Although reviews said fresh kebab, mine was old and dry, inedible like cardboard. I ordered the parmo box and the parmo was old chewy fried chicken with cheese on top of it- not a parmo. If you guys need me to show you how to make a parmo, I’d be happy to do so. Onion rings were also soggy and chips acceptable but a bit overcooked too. Really disappointed and upset that I wasted money on this. Very poor quality food, feel like they don’t care about what sort of food goes out, fresh or old, as long as they get orders, which is sad. If food isn’t up to scratch it shouldn’t be sent out.

Great kebabs fresh everytime and not greasy, calzones spot on aswell. Pizzas a little thick for me but everything else is ideal.

Beware the late night scam! Ordered and paid on the app, went to collect and all the shutters were down 11:45. Sat in the car outside and ordered from somewhere else. Just past midnight phone started ringing and a message left looking for payment. Next day they reckoned they were open and had pics of shutters open and them inside! Why would you take 'proof' pics like that if you weren't lying??

Food is usually good but there has been what seems dozens of occasions where the order is totally wrong or the menu makes no sense. For example if you buy donner kebab and add chips they don’t give you the salad which is £5.60 in total, yet donner meat and chips is only £3.50 so your paying £2.10 for the pitta you get with the donner kebab minus the salad.....someone has no clue about how a menu works. Had 6 orders completely wrong over the last few months. Sick of ringing up complaining. Deleting the app and won’t use them again.

Would like to thank aria Bella for their kind generosity during these tough times. Giving a huge food donation to children in care and key workers really is so kind. The kids were over the moon. The food was gorgeous! Big fan of the bolognese pizza. Again thank you so so much.
