Anisha in County Durham

Undoubtedly Anisha is a splendid takeout in Shildon, in case of their food quality, fastest delivery as well.

Not good any more. Watery madras sauce. No potato in veg rice and veg stuffed paraitha had so much chilli in couldn't eat it. Don't know if you've changed chef but don't enjoy this food any more.

First time using this takeaway. Food was delivered quickly and hot. Garlic chips are amazing, garlic chapatis too. The only weird thing was chunks of cooked lemon in my main and a piece in madras sauce. Never had this in a curry before, it doesn't work for me. Its expensive too.

Ordered a good selection of food to satisfy 6 adults and a couple of kids. Good size portions and excellent quality food. It was delivered hot and on time. We will definitely be ordering from here again.

Disappointing meal. Chewy samosas, Bhuna was bland and the naan was like no other I’ve ever had and not in a good way - it was almost like an undercooked pizza base. Very odd. £25 order and not even a single complimentary poppadom. The curry didn’t taste bad, it just didn’t have much flavour and the portion was very small in comparison to other, better tasting curries, from other local curry houses. Disappointed.

We ordered food here on Friday evening delivery was accepted and food was meant to be delivered by 8:20. By 8:30 I called the restaurant who said the food was on the way, I contacted just eat who then advised the food would not be delivered until 9:00, I received a call from the driver asking directions which were given to him and we heard no more so contacts just eat to complain and we were told we had refused the order! How can you refuse something that wasn’t even delivered have spent the last two days trying to get my money back, my husband even called the restaurant where he was advised they would process the refund still nothing. Absolute joke and thieves both Anisha and Just Eat

Gross. Salad was boiled, mushy and warm, they mix it in with the kebab. So disappointing. The pizza was just a pile of minced meats, complete waste of money. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
