Wll Not Support Ukraine! Three Times I put a poster on the public board advertising A Fundraiser for Ukraine. Three times they took it down. You should be bloody ashamed of yourselves. Maybe you should fly the Russian flag.please everyone, boycott this firm.

Expanding range of vegan options. Most drinks can be adapted using soya, coconut or oat milk. Vegan breakfast sandwich was excellent. Good to pop in but wouldn't stay long due to uninspiring view of the retail park.

Absolutely atrocious staff. Argumentative, we waited ages for a simple order. Eventually one of us went to enquire and were rudely told they had shouted (multiple) times. Total lie. It would help if customers could tell if the staff were talking to inside customers or drive through on their fancy headsets. First visit to a Starbucks and definitely the last, I may have well gone to a run down transport cafe

We often call when passing as my wife enjoys Their Brew;It is fairly quick and efficient to order, then drive right through. The Staff are Very Friendly, Whilst as Efficient as they can be;Today I met a Long Time Friend for a Chat inside, with Me.Nice and Clean with a Choice of Seating;A comfortable place to park then have a meeting!

It's my guilty pleasure, very quiet inside, took a while for the drink to come through, but its still a favourite.

This used to be a good store but today sadly it has to be the worst cortardo we have had. The cake counter was empty with No stock or van didn’t turn up. Waited 10 minutes for a drink. I should of gone through the drive in as they served 8 cars before me. I suggest you go to Consett which have the best staff and lovely drinks. Definitely won’t come here again.

Always receive a friendly welcome from the staff here no matter how busy they are. They work super hard and deliver an excellent service. A special shout out to Becky today but many thanks to all of you

Lovely coffee and friendly staff.Quiet on the day I visited which was a pleasure.Plenty of parking spaces and disable friendly inside, with a wide door and everything on one level.Happy to recommend.

I mirror all the same points as recently made below. This is without a doubt the worst store I have ever visited in the NE region. To say it's in a prime location with the luxury of a drive thru too, it's disappointing on every visit without fail. They'll be random days and times they decide to close the inside area and run drive thru only without any good reason. When you can get inside it's filthy. Every table is dirty with used cups and plates literally stacked on every table. The serving counter is visibly dirty, areas behind the counter are unhygienic covered in spillages and rubbish. You stand at the counter waiting to be served and you just get ignored, either for drive thru orders or because the girls are just too busy chit chatting amongst themselves. There’s never any stock, food fridges bare and full of bits of food. If it’s remotely warm, no Frappuccinos... Any promotional drinks, all you get is “ran out” with no apologies what so ever... Then when you chose from the bog standard drinks that are available, you stand at the end of the counter like a lemon for up to 10 minutes, watching them do drive thru order after order or just chatting between themselves, doing nothing to prepare your drinks knowing that you’re standing there watching them, they just don’t care. Then then you receive your drink, which is supposed to be somewhat of a luxury beverage that you’ve paid £4/5 for, it’s like dishwater. They have no grasp of how much syrup to put in, how long milk should be heated for etc, it’s like a child’s made it. You can get a nicer, more consistent coffee from a machine at McDonalds or Greggs, genuinely. This store has so much potential, but at the moment, ever since the main pandemic, it’s been in the gutter. If you’re considering a Starbucks, my advice would be to go to Thinford or Darlington, if that’s too far, gan to Costa! AVOID.

I’ve had better coffee from a instant coffee machine. £3.20 for a Terrible coffee branded as Starbucks but they offer drive-thru in current Covid climate so get an extra star.Would recommend local costa or McDonald’s for coffee in future.
