Chilla Pizza in County Durham

Food is always good but prices have gone up AGAIN, we phoned an order last night and ordered the same as last week and it was over £5 dearer for 3 items,I understand that overheads have gone up but Chilla are always the most expensive Pizza shop in Peterlee but they are taking the p,no thanks order cancelled

Our first meal from here, Delicious, could not believe the amount of food, will continue to order from here.

Food is always absolutely rotten from here. Used to be great years ago, went downhill, and was better again about a year ago. Then after countless orders that were freezing cold and had missing items stopped using them. Just had some food tonight, same story. Missing items, incompetent driver and ice cold food. Called to complain but customer service so bad it’s not worth the time. Definitely do not recommend.

ordered a VEGAN wrap, they sent me real chicken. Disgusting. Never ordering from here again. Offering vegan options and then delivering real meat. Awful. AVOID

Food came early and food was piping hot. However they decided to cheap out on my order. Instead of the 4 pieces of southern fried chicken I ordered, I instead got 1 piece and 3 chicken nuggets. I've been conned

The pizza's are lush but when i got my Chicken Burger it was mainly a bun with butter and 1 saggy piece of lettuce and the chicken burger itself was tiny 😧

Tasty food, clean restaurant. Friendly and helpful people, will defiantly eat here again

Pizzas are usually real nice, ordered a Kiev last night and can only describe it as a sloppy omelette. It just fell to pieces and the base was soggy and could not re taste any garlic. Chips weren't the usual standard either! Over an hours wait, as we were tired and it was late we just binned it and went to bed! £11 wasted!!

We have eaten from Chilla every week for years, had the occasionall poor meal but always had a good follow up service.Tonight had the worst pizza anyone could expect, the meal was literally burnt, why would anyone box food like this and send it out!!!!!!The meal was replaced but a request for a callback from the owner was ignored...... shame on you.Look at my pics!!!!!!!
