Chilled Out Gelato in County Durham

We have just been through for the first time and a must say it was lovely and the service was second to none

Lovely desserts, friendly service, lots of choice. A small sarnie selection would be good as I fancied something savoury also, but that's just me being picky. I mean to be fair, it is a dessert place. Overall, top banana! (Just a turn of phrase, I didn't order a banana. Although they do happen to offer a mean looking banana split).

I came her with partner and dog , not local to the area and everyone goes on about lickety split but thought I would give this a go , nice gelato, clean inside , but the staff could really do with so customer service skills , not really that helpful , price is also reasonable, overall poor experience only due to the staff maybe it was bad day etc but customer satisfaction is everything in todays climate

The trip to the icecream parlour was ruined by distressingly being locked in ladies toilets due to faulty lock, was then told by 4 other customers that had happened to them previously. Member of staff informed who did not seem to care. Then the person who I paid bill to said they had had someone out to fix previously but obviously there are still issues with it. This can be very distressing and embarrassing.

Good choice of ice creams and sweet treats, friendly helpful staff, free parking. Can get very busy at times with queue out of the door.

Lovely icream flavours n waffles etc . Staff very helpfull n knowledgable bout produce they sell. Pleasant experience all round .

Really nice atmosphere, loads of choice, we always sit in and the tables are cleaned everything. Served very quickly, plenty of staff to help.

Lovely treat tonight. Catch up with my daughter over a latte and fudge sundae. The girls are lovely and service is great.

Stumbled across this place and it was great. Loads of gelato flavours and not a bad price. Very clean and modern inside.

A nice little find! Partner said it was better than Caspers (and they'd live there if I let them!) Definitely be visiting again
