Been getting takeaway from here for last few years and have noticed the food is definitely getting worse. Our meal tonight had the worst chicken in we've ever had. It was rubbery, slimy & tasted disgusting. My partner took it back & complained. We won't order from here again.

This place is getting worse. Food is good but don't expect it any time soon after your order. I have ordered for years from here with no issues but over the last mont it has been horrendous times. 1.45 hours. 3 hours. Been hour and 10 mins now and just been told another half hour, for chips and chow mein. I live 10 mins drive away. You get no estimated time either so it is literally pay and wait. Make sure you pay on delivery you have choice to cancel order. Slipping big style

Used to use them quite regularly but never again. Ordered 10 past 6 on the app and was emailed 7.45 delivery which is fair enough for saturday night. Still no food at 8.15 so rang to chase it up and they said it was going with the next driver and would be another half an hour. Food arrived just after 9 and was clay cold and had a fried rice missing. Almost 3 hours for that! What a joke! I have a child who was tired and famished! Had to ring and complain and ask for a reimbursement. Lost my custom for good. What a shame.

I ordered chicken fried rice which was cold and the chicken was very rubbery. Couldn’t eat it.Chips were greesy and just didn’t taste nice at all.Order Come to 22.50 delivery was late and over all the food was minging, won’t be back

Would give them - 5 if I could waited hour and halffor my food. My better half called them asking where our order was. She had a right nasty attitude didn't care that we didn't have it. I won't be ordering form here again.!!! The food was just warm when fully got it.

We ordered food tonight and were given a time slot of 9pm. At 9.20 we called the store and were told it was on the way. We called again at 9.40 and were told the order was being put together again as driver was lost. At 10.30 we called again and were told that we canceld the order. Obviously we did not cancel the order and the woman just wanted to argue. We have two children and neather of them have now had there evening meal before bed. Poor service, poor communication and will NEVER EVER USE AGAIN.
