nice staff, good quality americano and yes they have almond milk, clean place too.

I was working in this branch today and the staff where amazing really friendly and so helpful and understanding. All this while serving a steady stream of customers. Total thumbs up for me 👍👍👍

Visited in Durham centre. One of the few wheelchair friendly places. Very accommodating. Very clean; friendly service and cheery staff.

Friendly staff and quick service, but they got my take away drink wrong and by the time I took a sip I was halfway across town and couldn't really go back.

The new Adez Oat milk has ruined Costa coffee for me and my husband. We left our drinks yesterday as they were near to undrinkable, too sweet and makes the coffee taste awful. The hot chocolate tasted like an instant drink from a packet and the sweetness of the Adez milk just made it sickly sweet. Such a shame as we have drank Costa Coffee for years and really liked the Alpro Barista dairy alternative drinks. Oh and it also isn't gluten free anymore!

Amazing coffee and great service. I don’t know how they do it but they remember which drinks you get without asking

Love Costa, the toasties are great, I love the hot chocolates, especially the Christmas ones. They do nice teas and latte's too. They also have some nice sweet treats. In the summer my favourite drink was the watermelon and coconut cooler, it was heavenly! 😋

A friendly Costa in a central location in the heart of Durham. Not much else I can say, but the staff were friendly and the fodder was as usual.The only downside is the place could probably do with a refresh or at least some new furniture.
