Absolutely terrible food wouldn't even give this place a 1 star rating but had to to put a review. took some dirty fries back which we paid £7.50 for which looked like a kids portion of fries with 3 tiny bits of bacon and the littlest bit of cheese the guy told me that that's what they come like so if you send them back they will just come out the same so said I didn't want them he then cam over to the table and gave me £4.10 and walked away he didn't give me time to ask what that was for and he didn't as there isn't anything on the menu for £4.10

Great menu, very decent food. Lovely atmosphere and always nice to see dogs in the bar. Fantastic local spot to take the family. Staff are always friendly and helpful too

Lovely fish and chips. Best I've had in a while. Staff very helpful bringing stuff to the table as there was 3 of our party in wheelchairs. Definitely recommend and definitely going back.

Amazing service. Top quality food. The best burger I've ever had at a restaurant. Dessert was the best thing I've every tasted....Praline Chocolate Tart, highly recommend!!!

Popped in today for the first time as we are visiting the coast, I received amazing service from the staff, Natalie and Emma they were really helpful and made us so comfortable and welcome. They had some great food recommendations and were happy to help us. Would be very happy to visit again.

I have been here many times. Before Covid. Always great food. This time was when things were relaxed. We had Sunday lunch. No carvery but I can tell you now the plate I was presented with had ALL the trimmings of a Roast. Without standing in a line to load your plate with more than you can eat (just an observation)Yep... the food was spot on delicious and more than enough. I must tell you a tale...... I left my purse there (to this day I don't know how) but only realised when I went to pay for something elsewhere. I was in shock and tears.... OMG mentally thinking of cancelling cards etc. I went back some 20 minutes later and it had been handed in and was behind the bar 🍸 Bless you and thank you all😘

Lovely place for a meal but the meal I got was very disappointing. I got mixed grill which was a piece of beef,chicken and gammon which were tiny, 10 chips, fried egg and a spoonful of peas and 3 onion rings, it was all very dry. I went home and ate 2 bags of crisps afterwards. The portions are not good for the price.

Nice place, food not as nice as used to be. Child portion is very small my 8 year old had a child's meal burger and chips, 8 chips he counted lol I gad Veggie burger, it had 2 pieces of lettuce in the bun, burger was dry as sticks. Hopefully it's just a one off.

Will be far better when indoor dining is allowed. Food was your average pub grub style, certainly good enough and plenty of choice from burgers to pizzas.Chip pan could do with a clean as bits of old food (black specks) were apparent on all our chips.Staff make this place special and certainly one of the reasons we will return.We had a great laugh with the 3 staff who served us, but particularly the lady with orange hair!Great location especially for the summer where the outdoor dining will be far better than the dull 10c we had in May.Overall certainly worth a visit!
