TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!service and a very rude woman on the phone that got my order wrong. I SAID EXTRA CHEESE NOT EXTRA CHILLIS then argued that she was right...Calling me a lier. £14.00 pizza in the bin. I was a regular customer but will never order from here again. Discusting attitude. Wish I could give no stars.If she had repeated the order back to me then I could of corrected HER mistake.Derwentside Pizza...you owe me £14.00.

Food has always been lovely. not always hot but the staff have always been nice on the phone.

Food arrived 2 hours after placing order. Grease leaking all over from the kebab. Everything stone cold except the salad. Chips sad and soggy. Kebab meat looked grey. The dog was happy but he has low standards. Will stick to my regular pizza shop.

Over two hours from order to delivery.Called shop at the 1hr 30 mark to be told its on its way, sure enough 40 mins after call it arrived.Stone cold and very greasy. Dog had a bit, the remainder of the kebab went in the bin.Awful, won't use again.

Disgusting worst food I have ever tasted 😒 even my dog wouldn't eat it, grilled chicken more like a bit of southern fried chicken chopped up and the margherita pizza omg what can I say 🤢 i will never again order from here

Second time we've gave this place a chance, and still the same...The order came 4 hours late, it's all cold, some of it barely cooked, this is after a way above average price and delivery fee. Please, do not order from here, you will become ill and still be left feeling hungry by the fact half of the food you will receive is inedible.

I wouldn't even leave 1 star because the food is disgusting. It was my first and last order tonight. Its the worst takeaway, I can honestly say I have ever had. Food cold and under cooked. What a waste of money. The order was all so wrong. It went straight in the bin as I wouldn't even give in to my dog. I even think rats would turn there noses up at the food. Awful food.

Absolutely disgusting, chips box looks like a rat has ate through them, chips are all freezing, soggy and scabby little sticks, not at all impressed!! Waited an extra 10 minutes due to terrible organisation. Not returning at all.
