I personally was unimpressed with the pizza's and being unable to use cash was inconvenient, I wont be ordering again.

I have never experienced customer service like I experimented today. I firstly spoke to an foreign speaking lady who was in training 4 times to be out on hold then I get another lady again foreign speaking who said she was very busy in the shop, customer that go in the shop must be more important than customers ordering over the phoneI tried to explain I wanted the classic thick crust in which she kept asking if I wanted the stuffed crust when I was explaining it wasn’t that one she ended the call. So I called back and was told again that they were busy. I asked to speak too the manager and she said she was the manager Wow you really need to address how your manger deals with customers

You come here to get good pizza, and thats what you get, its simple, staff also friendly, i say 5 star

Great pizzas and wedges for 3 for under a tenner what's not to like

Very friendly staff and good food, but staff failing to ware masks whilst preparing food and not enforcing masks on those in the store.

Good deals on pizza🍕 buy one get one free when collecting. Tried the after eight cookies 🍪 and they were lovely very sticky and chocolately wouldn't eat them all the time but as a treat was well worth the £1.99 for 4, were warm and fresh. Have had pizza from here a couple of times and so far have been impressed. Dough is very fresh and toppings are consistent and have been cooked perfectly the twice we have used them.

I've had the same pizza a couple of time's and I'm happy with it can't complain. I was quiet happy the other night ordered online from home and came very quickly too. I couldn't believe it when the door bell went. Was nice n hot and I know people saying too much sauce but I've had the same pizza from Dominos elsewhere in the country and it's exactly the same. And if you have a hunt around on Google you can get voucher code's 😉 ££££££ saving you 💰

The review would have been 5 because the quality of the pizzas are very good generally. However I have a very serious onion allergy and twice now I have ordered and a couple of pieces of stray red onion have appeared. Had to throw out 2 x pizzas. Phone to ensure they know of any allergies otherwise they could make the pizza with none clean gloves and utensils and cross contamination could occur.

Ordered 2 medium pizzas. Fast delivery. Excellent food. Phoned up too ask how much needs too be spent on delivery as I ordered a pizza I didn’t like (not dominos fault and I did state that too the person on the phone) he asked me what pizza I would like instead and he gave me it free of charge. Absolutely brilliant customer service. Would definitely recommend ordering from there. Not once has my order been wrong. Definitely 10/10.

Went to this store a few days ago over the weekend to order me and my friends food. I am a regular costumer at this store and the pizza quality has in fact improved massively! I feel as though you actually get your money’s worth now. Although the pizzas and sides i got were great and the young lady with dark hair who served provided excellent customer service, gave me the best deal for my order and saved me a lot of money. While I was sat waiting for my food I could not help but notice, someone I assume that was the manager as he had a black shirt on, was very pushy and kept telling the other staff off. From what I could hear they were getting told off for putting too many toppings on the pizza, which i didn’t understand because every pizza I could see that came out the oven looked fine from a customers point of view and I couldn’t see any pizzas that had too many toppings on? So i don’t understand why the manager was telling them off for this. Barring in mind I was only in the shop for about 15 minutes, just like I was told that would be how long my food would take, I just don’t feel the staff were treated right by the manager which is outrageous! It has been over a few times when i’ve been in i've heard the manager complaining about staff or “slagging” them off as they call it. I don’t think this is professional at all. However, like i said the food is great and has massively improved the last few months I just don’t think the manager is professional or nice to his staff which lets this store down. I would recommend this store, just need some improvements with the managers attitude and the way he is with his staff.
