Domino's Pizza in County Durham

Ordered a pizza and was informed would arrive within 38 minutes. It showed on the app it was out for delivery. Waited 30 minutes and still no delivery. Contacted the shop and they said it was being cooked as the 1st one fell on the floor. I accepted this and waited again, still no delivery. I phoned them and asked them to cancel my order and refund the money back into the bank. I was told it would be done within 5 days, still waiting almost 2 weeks later. Contacted them again, was told it is with admin and will remind them to make the payment. Still waiting. Ordered may times, Never again will I order from them.

Ordered a pizza & I was waiting for over an hour for it. Then had to go back to my 15 hour shift. No excuse, no money back, real bad customer service. Wouldn't advise anybody to order a pizza from Domino's.

Great service and great pizza served quickly.

Absolute shocking walked in greeted with we don't take cash and no chicken for pizzas then ordered a deal £29.99 server didn't know what pizzas avaible as only wanted you to order from app pizza was ok, chips burnt under grill, chicken wings freshly microwaved salad bar looked a week old tables left filthy manager needs sacking if that's how it's ran bill ended up £40 in total daylight robbery for rubbish food and appalling service

Great food (worth going in rather than getting it delivered as the discounts for collecting in person are significant). The pizza was huge, the staff were friendly, polite and fast and the stuffed crusts are worth the extra

Ordered 2 large pizzas. Delivery only contained 1 pizza. When I asked the driver where the other one was, he said, "There's only 1 here". (Really? I would never have guessed that!) I told him there should be 2 & he just said that maybe the other 1 wasn't ready yet! And that it would PROBABLY be delivered later! Then he left, not giving me any advice or solution whatsoever.So, whilst what he had delivered was getting cold I searched for the phone number & rang the Durham East branch, who the order was placed with. "Oh, is it a Roma?"asked the person who answered. When I confirmed it was, all he said was, "Oh, sorry, it'll be sent out with the next available driver".By the time it finally arrived, some half hour or more later, we had been finished the other pizza for a while, along with the wedges & garlic pizza, & it arrived stone cold. The driver's only words were, "Here you go" as he handed the late, cold pizza to my son, & off he went.We have used Domino's delivery service many times in the past, & have NEVER had bad service before. Our orders are normally dealt with by the Durham City store, where the staff & drivers are always pleasant, friendly & courteous, & provide an excellent service. This time my order automatically went through to the East Durham store.Their 'service' was terrible. Only part order came, driver didn't help, man who answered phone sounded like he couldn't care less, & when it finally arrived it was cold. Awful service. Have given one star, only because I can't review with no stars.Edit...must add, the service & standard from this store has greatly improved since I wrote this review. It was newly opened then, not that that's any excuse, but they seem to have sorted themselves out now & provide a much better (& far more polite & helpful) service.

Disgusting food ordered from hereI have made several complaints regarding myFood. half cooked this has gone on since July believe it or not and they have done nothing about it. Domino's saying its a franchise and nothing to do with them???? Really strangeThey requested a manager from the franchise to ring me 6 times still no phone callDomino's said all they can do is keep requesting they ring meDiobolical

Have had deliveries & have collected from here (Dragonville, Durham). Great pizza, great delivery drivers...very friendly, polite & courteous. Woman who served us in the shop was a little lacking in charm & customer service though...could do with trying service with a smile...makes all the difference.

Called in with my wife on Tuesday 17th January around 2pm. We read the menue on this side of the counter and decided to order the £20 dine-in deal (any two medium pizza, garlic bread, cookies and a bottle of coke). We tried to order this special offer, but the girl didnt have a clue, we ended up having to explain the offer, she took our name and we sat down in the empty restaurant. She was shouting a name but it wasnt ours, but as we were the only ones sat down it must be ours. We were very disappointed with the garlic bread but the pizzas were fine. We had just staryed to eat, when a friend of the girl came up to the counter and during the next ten minutes all we could hear was her moaning about her appointment tomorrow (the employee). This girl needs a lesson in customer relations, we were never greeted or a thank you ad we left. For this reason we award one star (we normally visit other Domino sites, but this one was the worst).
