Very disappointed!I have been broken down outside the Durham north road branch for almost 5 hrs waiting for RAC.I have bought food from them earlier.Just asked if I can buy a drink from them (the counter closed at 10.30, but deliver until 2am)Told no, but told I could order one for delivery (delivery is £1.50)Staff tried to help (thankyou), manager said no.I am right outside your door.

The most expensive pizza place in town now charge delivery.... And they got our order wrong again.

I ordered a custom pizza with BBQ base and several toppings. Once I got to work to eat my masterpiece, the first bite didn't taste like sweet taste of BBQ but the disgusting taste which is tomato base. The sheer disappointment in every bite made me realise how Newcastle fans have been feeling lately. The staff were busy which resulted in rushed service. The staff were friendly which is why this review is not a one.

Used the app to order. The app said the money hadn't been taken. The bank said it had. No food and no money to buy my kids more food as I was told it takes upto 5 days. Absolutely disgusting and the people in the shop couldn't care less, especially the manager. Shocking! Do not order from here!

Only ever been disappointed once. New years Eve our our was very late and some of the order was missing (only some dipping sauce). But its never prevented us from ordering from there again as these things can happen. Staff always friendly.

Spoke to Nick on the phone was abrupt and dismissive. The app said out food was 15 to 20 mins until delivery. We have waited over an hour for our food. The app said the food was delivered. However it was not. When they eventually turned up thanks to Nicks rude attitude we turned the driver away (who apologied and knew straight away without us mentioning that we had spoken to Nick) and contacted our bank for a charge back. As we dont want any further contact with that store.Seriously nick get a diffrent jon or attitude adjustment. I once worked at that store and the manager then wouldn't of stood for it.

The food here is really good, and works really well with delivery. However, if you opt for the delivery option it can be extremely expensive. Whereas, if you opt for the collection then you can find yourself some really good deals. The down side is that the service seems to be very unorganised and chaotic when collecting. By the time they realise you're there and waiting to collect, the pizza is almost cold!

I personally don't understand all the negative reviews. I've had nothing but excellent service for the many years I've ordered there. I'm vegetarian and ages used to ask for them not to slice the pizza so that there was no risk of them using the same slicer on all pizzas inc. meaty pizzas. I always asked for this until one day the manager took my order and asked why I was wanting it unsliced, I explained my concern and he took the time to explain they understand people have dietary restrictions and they go to great efforts to avoid cross contamination, including a vegetarian pizza only slicer!. He really put my mind at rest that I don't have to worry about bits of meat on my vegetarian pizzas.
