Donapapa Pizza in County Durham

Awful place won’t be back! Half full portions and over priced! No freebies even when spending £30! Gone very downhill in the last couple of years!

No donner meat in chicken special phones up chief thought I meant something else so I have paid £7.50for 3 chicken skewers ☹️

Just had a donner kebab and the pitta breads were clearly not fresh they tasted like cardboard The salad was in the same tray as the kebab meat so was warm and soggy won’t be ordering from here again!!!!

Food is mediocre. Lady handling phone calls is absolutely vile!! Definitely in need of customer service training- ordering food was like having an argument. If their front of house is so unprofessional, it doesn’t give a good impression on the rest of the business does it.

Food was over 2 hours late and was told it was on the way. Rang back and it hadnt even been cooked. Woman on the phone was vile needs phone training. Basically kept talking over me. Rather rude. Didnt end up gettinf the food either. Will NEVER EVER ORDER HERE AGAIN

Amazing food cannot fault this place, always arrives hot and fresh with the best ingredients. Staff are always so friendly and delivery always on time never had an issue.Chicken Kiev garlic base definitely the best pizza going!Anyone complaining about delivery times might want to realise we are in a global pandemic and have some thought for a family run takeaway doing their best under immense pressure.

Absolutely disgraceful how staff have just spoken to my husband. Our order is extremely late. My children have waited 2 hrs plus so far (food apparently has just gone in). When ordering the website said 1hr, when processing order it was 1 1/2 hours. We fully appreciate its a busy Saturday night. But, yes you cheeky mare we would like our food cooked 🤯

After 2 bags of chips not being delivered yesterday and it seemed like the end of the world in this household, i rang you and was told they would be delivered. 2hours later still no chips, but tonight your lovely manager called at our house to apologise and we couldn't believe it , thanks so much and we appreciate the offer of a 12" pizza on our next delivery, absolutely excellent service xx

Ordered through uber eats thinking I hope it's ok and it was fantastic . The kids meals are perfect. The chicken kebab was beautiful and the Donna kebabs plentiful with plenty of fresh salad. Order was spot on with nothing missing (which can be a rareity) Really impressed and will be back. 😁😁😁

Ordered via justeat, order confirmed and accepted for delivery 1 hour and 25 minutes, long but fair enough. Chased order when 15 minutes late, told they where busy and would be another 30 minutes atleast. Ordered a cpuple of times and always very late. Cancelled order this time as kids couldn't wait any longer.
