Dragonbowl Chinese Takeaway in County Durham

Recently been rated the only 1 star for hygiene rating by FSA out of the whole Durham. What a place :(

Good food every time, reasonably priced.

The staff member taking the calls was extremely rude and unhelpful. We made an order at 6 and was told it would be an hour, we didn't receive this until 9. We rang up twice and were told it was ready to be sent out and would be 10 minutes. Then when it arrived the delivery drivers both said they had only had the order less than 20 minutes. When the food arrived it was cold and was not very nice. Absolutely appalled at this service I have received. Will not be returning.

Had sweet & sour chicken delivered. Very fast delivery time of 20m. It was very tasty. Definitely have their food again.

Absolutely disgusting! Sent a chicken curry that was 50% grease! Feel sick thinking about it.

Driver delivered to wrong address, took over 45 mins to redeliver and the refused any sort of refund. Food is horrible as well.

We often get chinese takeaway from here and haven't been disappointed. There is a good variety of vegan dishes on the menu and the staff are always friendly.
