Service was excellent and so polite. Food was A+ as always

I'm sorry to say this but this was the worst Indian meal I've ever had. Supposed to be chicken tikka masala but it was just sweet with no layers of flavour at all. The chicken tikka tasted as though it had been cooked without any spices and was not charrred at all. The whole thing was tasteless.

Would never order again it was £55.10 and a total waste of money only a quarter of the order arrived half hour later the rest of the order arrived looked like the delivery driver has stood on the bag customer service is disgraceful and very rude staff they have now lost our custom .

Ordered from here 1 month ago and my wife told me she had food poison , I ignored her advice and my daughter has woke up with sickness and diarrhea this morning since 4am . The food is good I'm not denying that but clearly the food is not cooked correctly and will never order from here again . VERY VERY DISPAOINTING .

Ordered via Just Eat, meal arrived very quickly but was absolutely disgusting, resembled day before chicken warmed up in a tasteless sauce with disgusting texture, totally dissatisfied

Really disappointed at meals ordered tonight. Apart from the fact it was cold when it turned up, both meals were tasteless, bulked out with veg and very little meat. We ordered chicken korai and lamb tikka rogan josh. They had very little flavour and both sauces tasted exactly the same and nothing like what they should have. Sorry but won’t recommend. Only saving grace was rice and naan were ok

Probably the best in aycliffe although the last two times I've been it's not really been good enough. Definable taken a dip recently

Meals are perfect here staff are lovely and the restaurant is beautiful inside.im going there tonight and can't wait 😊

Beautifull Meal! To cheap for there own good to be honest! Food was perfect! The ladies who served us were lovely and polite. 5 stars!!

I've loved this restaurant for years - but I've not been here since I have been a vegan (about a year) - the menu says just explain what your dietary requirements are and we'll accommodate. They certainly did; superb, friendly and knowledgeable waiting staff and flexible chefs made tonight so delicious and so special. Amazing. I wasn't sure how my vegan Elachi experience would be - but it's been wonderful. Thoroughly recommended to omnivores, herbivores and carnivores.
