Everyday Cafe in County Durham

Decent food and prices, served by nice smiley lasses

Only us two in the cafe and my partner was still waiting for food and drink when I had finished my meal which was not as ordered. Ended up getting money back and the waitress just shrugged when we complained. We won't be back shocking service

Lovely little cafe with friendly staff and a good selection of food and drinks at a very reasonable price. Bit of a biker and cyclists hot spot, with a relaxed atmosphere for like minded people.

Fab food very accommodating staff. Really pleased they had gluten free bread winner!!

Disappointed with the Cheese scone and coffee. Visit lots of coffee shops in and around County Durham and Northumberland whilst out cycling and so far this sells the worst cheese scone served with the weakest of coffee. Gave it 2 stars as they were open on a Sunday and not tried anything else. Slow disorganised service when we visited which does go against every other review. Hopefully this was just a one off.

As tourists on a rainy day we found this Cafe while looking through the village. Very nice, clean and selection was various. Prices were cheaper compared to Plymouth. Staff polite and even helped us when asked a question. I would recommend going there.

The cafe was busy this did not stop the staff being pleasant and helpful. We had no food the coffee's we had were very good. The table outside gave us plenty of space to watch the world go by. We will be back!
