Fish & Chip Shop K & S Davison in County Durham

Tried here from reading all the good reviews I think everyone must have covid as this is hands down the worst chippy I have ever been to the fat from the fish and chips soaked straight through 3 pieces of paper it was wrapped in the sausage was pretty much the same the chips where cold and chewy and I ordered the curry sauce as I read a review it was the best around I really do not what they have compared it to but it definitely is nothing like the best around it was just watery really don't like leaving bad reviews but have to be honest good or bad and this place was bad

I love the quality of fish and chips from Davisons. I have to travel a few miles to get mine from KS Davison.

Good set up, order via the phone or just que, fish very tasty, no complaints

This has got to be one of the best and well established tradional fish and chip shops in the north east spotlessly clean ... fish and chips was delicious battered sausage definatley worth a try friendly staff and fast service you wint be dissapointed

Excellent quality food, competitive prices, just make sure you are ready for the generous sized portions, I was impressed with the size of the cod, may try smaller serving next time, will certainly visit again.

Chips were that hard you couldn't chew them and cold think the beefburgers had stood a week...very disappointing and not for the first time.. its always hit and miss
