Happy Eating in County Durham

New owners ! The food was floury and not edible. Such a disappointment.

Worsed Chinese iv had in a long time. Curry was bland chicken balls were pink inside. Dog wouldn't eat it and he loves chicken. Terrible first and last time

Love this Chinese the noodles and from here are to die for the food is lush here and very nice friendly people too great service.

Very disappointing Ordered meal which I was told about 40 mins " that's fine" afterabout 15 mins meal arrived 🤔Now I can see why, chips were awful tasted old prawn crackers were soft chow mein was just ok, apparently my other half enjoyed his house special.

Always ordered from here would been 5* spot on food Everytime but tonight food was 1.5 hours phoned shop twice first time i.e hour was told on way second time hour and half was told she didn't speak to me and was just leaving can't even lie straight nevermind send a order

Ordered food and collected, managed to get home which is only 2 minutes round the corner, dish up the food for it to be stone cold.. rang and asked what they could do, needed to rake through my bin for the container, re-box it and bring it all back. I understand they might get fussy people etc. But as a business, their lack of customer service and bad attitude is embarrassing. Won’t be going again, go to Sams on station road, lovely food and amazingly run!

I ordered my Chinese at 745 was told one hour one hour and 45 minutes later still waiting tried ringing the shop constantly engaged 20 times I tried always engaged think took phone off the hook 2 hours and ten minutes later finally got through to be told they’d been busy with walk in customers not good enough I explained you took my order and you said one hour 2 hours 20 minutes still waiting how long or it hasn’t been cooked yet I’m sorry told them where to shove it never use them again poor poor poor

Always brilliant food and quick service highly recommend the salt and chilli chicken!

I dont know if ita the restaurant takinh the piss to make the food or the delivery driver taking the piss to deliver the food but im rating this restaurant 1 star because i ordered one and a half hours ago and they said they would only be 50 mins which it shouldnt take that long in any case im only 5-6 miles from the shop itself
