Harbour Tandoori in County Durham

4 hours late - called 8 times and told 10 minutes each time. When it arrived the order was incorrect and as spicy as a Haribo sweet - absolute joke of a business.

Lovely food Very good delivery and very pleasant on phone well recommended

Had to cancel order after over two hours of waiting. Didn't appeared to be bothered and cancelled the order straight away despite saying it was on it's way which was a complete lie. Shocking service even on a weekend. Will not be ordering from here again.

Ordered food …told it would be half hour for delivery ....rang hour half later to ask about it “ your order is still being prepared” Still waiting …nearly two hours no sign ..hope it’s good when does get here !!! To be fair they did call to explain why delay driver problem -it’s here!!! Hoorah !!

Oh wow... Tried this on a off chance, didnt think they would deliver but proved wrong food was outstanding so delicious and good size portions definitely will be trying again

Best place around will not go no where else not sure why the bad reviews as the food is amazing and every time I ordered its still boiling and my home is about 5 miles from the shop the staff are very respectful those who complain about smashed poperdoms haha let's be honest here you have to smash them to eat them and yeah the nan is not massive but its the size if a standard wrap bread why would you want it to be any bigger people just love to complain FOOD IS AMAZING 👏 😋 😍 👌

When I moved to England it was the first time I tried Indian food. I have tried different take-aways and I can say that Harbour Tandooris has the best quality and taste. We keep ordering dishes that we don't know to try something new and so far we were never disappointed.

First time we have ordered from here.Ordered online, got a delivery time of 1 hour. An Hour and a half later, still no food. Rang the shop and got the usual 'its just around the corner' . A further 35 mins later the food comes. After mentioning to the driver that he was over a hour late he continued to tell me that he first had a delivery in PETERLEE then FENCHOUSES, then eventually to us in Houghton-le-Spring. What an absolute p*** take. When you spend over £30 on an order yiu expect decent service. Or at least qarm food. After re-heating it, all the curries where very bland.

Used to be the best around, but not anymore. Ordered from this place for years. Not sure if its a new chef or owner. Had raw food, late delivery, missing items. AVOID....
