Kfc in County Durham

Got the order wrong three times so god knows what the drive through would be like. Didnt have things we'd ordered and table service doesnt appear to be a thing despite having to put the table number in to order

Called in with wife for afternoon tea togetherWife had ate hers before I even got mine 🤷🤷4 mins wait for mine apparently , really time 18 mins difference & not even busyDefo will not be calling in again

My food was just luke warm, the hubby had to take his back.The good thing is they replaced his order and he managed to get what he wanted.Who knew they swapped out a chicken fillet for a side of beans? He certainly didn't and the young lad who served us didn't mention it at all nor was it visible on their menu.He even asked them...Who would pay £2 for a side of beans over a piece of chicken.Anyway issue resolved.. Just check your orders!

Waited 45 minutes in the drive thru, and was only two cars in front. Tried to give us the wrong order twice, very unorganised

Food wasn't too bad. Bit hard on the outside. No boxes for the popcorn chicken so came in a paper packet. No large drink cups so I got a 330ml can instead. Always something when I go to this kfc

The staff didn’t have a clue what they were doing. Maybe caught them on a bad bay but that’s not the pint. Took 45 minutes to get our order of one box meal. There was no tables as all tables were covered in rubbish and scrap food. The floors were littered with rubbish, as if they hadn’t cleaned the place in 2 days. Shocking

Dirty with rubbish everywhere , took order however had to change as hot drinks off , when the food arrived just thrown on tray & wrong , no napkins anywhere , drink served in wrong size cup as ran out of correct size looked silly with no straws , no spoons to eat coleslaw. When questioned the wrong order the staff simply could not careless. Never again

2nd Attempt Eating here, Food Cold both times, Chicken burnt outside but Raw in middle the first time, 2nd time was cooked but was given 2 wings as part of the Colonel meal. Gas must have been a problem as Drinks were been poured from a bottle, not from a dispenser.I generally don't have a problem with KFC, but this Restaurant obviously has problems.

Seriously under staffed, almost every table had not been cleaned. Surprisingly our food arrived quickly and was delicious. We'll done to the team for all their hard work, but management seriously need to look at staffing levels.

Either your orders wrong or the chicken is always way to salty. Shame as it used to be good when it first opened. Maybe if 3 members of your staff behind the counter actually worked instead of standing talking while your waiting to be served and stop it with over salting everything. Not everyone likes Pepsi
