Kfc in County Durham

Doesn't matter what time of the day you go through the drive through of this place you can guarantee your going to be told to go wait in one of the 3 most awkwardly placed grill bays I have ever seen in my life, have had one occasion where my partner and I were waiting for almost an hour just to be told that there had been a shift change and nobody had been doing our order and on top of this we'd had ice creams for the children which were completely melted. I will say that they gave us our order for free which was about £40+ worth

I often use KFC when travelling or on a Friday night after work and never have cause to complain. However the KFC in Durham which I used is an exception. I ordered my favourite hot wings but when I got them back to my hotel room they were I edible. They had been sat in the heater for far too long and were just a dried up cinder. Furthermore the staff serving me didn't even bother to add condiments or napkins. Very disappointing. When I returned 2 days later to order something different I was met with incredulity when I told the staff what had happened. No apology or offer to give me any kind of recompense. Sad.

Sitting here now over 30 mins waiting in the pick up order Bay for a boneless banquet for one is a joke so how long more am I going to have to wait I might even be nearer 45 mins now! Don't use drive through just walk in trust Update just been told its been knocked off board and there starting my order again so we should just just say its took one hour and I will never use this drive through again!!Update they said sorry and refunded me all at least customer service worked out in end!!!

KFC TONIGHT, was on mission to impress. Not just servered hot but fresh, chip were hot and tasted nice. While new design inside the restaurant. However only criticism I could make was the air con made the place to cold when eating inside

Ate there after work. Service times were severely affected by multiple big orders via delivery apps. Could see my food was ready for a good five minutes whilst staff waited for items for other orders.

Horrendous place. Waited 45 minutes for our meal and it was wrong. Filthy tables and floors. People had to leave their trays on the tables ast the bins were full. There was drinks spilt all over the floors leaving a slip hazard. Delivery drivers wanted priority over customers orders and staff didn't have a clue what they were doing

Worst KFC i've visited. Waited around for no staff to serve me. Chicken was ok. Chips were cold and looked like they had been lying a long time. Beans were stuck to tub and am i supposed to eat them with my fingers. I won't be back to this kfc ever again

My food was just luke warm, the hubby had to take his back.The good thing is they replaced his order and he managed to get what he wanted.Who knew they swapped out a chicken fillet for a side of beans? He certainly didn't and the young lad who served us didn't mention it at all nor was it visible on their menu.He even asked them...Who would pay £2 for a side of beans over a piece of chicken.Anyway issue resolved.. Just check your orders!

Food wasn't too bad. Bit hard on the outside. No boxes for the popcorn chicken so came in a paper packet. No large drink cups so I got a 330ml can instead. Always something when I go to this kfc

The staff didn’t have a clue what they were doing. Maybe caught them on a bad bay but that’s not the pint. Took 45 minutes to get our order of one box meal.There was no tables as all tables were covered in rubbish and scrap food. The floors were littered with rubbish, as if they hadn’t cleaned the place in 2 days.Shocking
