la spaghettata in County Durham

My son and I love it here. There is always an amazing atmosphere and the food is amazing. Staff are friendly and attentive. Get there early to get a table though.

Visited 8th March turned up at opening time friendly greeting. Did not rush when ordering plenty of choice on the menu. By 6.15 the place was nearly full that tells you a lot about the place. The service was efficient and the food was excellent and value for money. Cannot recommend enough.

Have been twice and thoroughly enjoyed the risotto and lasagna. Service was very fast in both cases and atmosphere was always very nice. Price was very affordable too. (Both items above ~£10)

First time eating here and what a great time we had. The service was friendly, the food portions were excellent along with the home cooked tastes. Meatballs are excellent here!We will return on every visit to Durham.

Amazing atmosphere (perfect for a date night) and very friendly staff. It's very popular among students here due to reasonable prices and authentic Italian food. Every pasta dish I've tried here was amazing and I would highly recommend the penne alla vodka. The only mediocre thing I've ordered was the spaghetti pizza but I guess I was just being too adventurous.

Loveky Atmosphere, Great food, great staff and very reasonably priced

The food was incredibly amazing: big portions and amazing flavours. The staff very lovely (I should to highlight the guy who served our table, he was very nice with us, honest and friendly. He really made our day 💕). I will definitely come back💓🍝

Amazing hosts and food . So many places want you in and out as fast as possible, and definitely in the days of covid bookings, but here they were happy for us to sit and have a drink whilst we waited for my son and his partner to turn up and even let us move to a larger table. The food was very good and unfortunately due to a Train Booking we didn't get to try much beyond the Pizza and Chicken Parmigiana between us. This is the best place!!! I love it.Great environment, lovely people and such a nice Italian vibe. I really missed Italy, this place took me back.The pasta, gnocchi and pizza are all delicious. And don’t get me started on the tiramisu 🤩Thank you so much! Had the best time.
