Lickety Split Creamery & Juice Bar in County Durham

I was recommended to come here, (I live in Dorset) I am so disappointed! All the ice cream tastes the same, the place is filthy! The staffs uniforms were dirty.. There is no atmosphere or music, I am an ice cream aholic and would never come here again, it doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Manager is on site sitting in the booth with his son, talking to a new member of staff in front of customers, how embarrassing for her!people leaving as customers on phones and swearing, they didn’t care at all 🤬🤬🤬

Went here with my grandson ..its been a few Yr since my last visit.. No burgers now only Hot dogs and I cream.. . Not a sole in other than myself and my grandson... I have to say It was disgusting... The floor was dirty with food and spilt drinks... His ice-cream was ok but I ordered a sausage bun... £4.95 it looked disgusting... Bun was limp crushed and sausage looked terrible.. I refused to eat it!The staff looked scruffy also.. Dirty clothes...As I was on my own my grandson went to the disabled toilet so I could see him... It was full of chairs...! I will definitely not be going back here... Worst place iv ever been in!

Nice little ice cream parlour.Little American diner themed kitted out with a few merch and a life size elvis statue.Plenty of seating.Nice sized menu.Decent pricing and portion sizes for the money.

The thing that makes this place is the staff, warm welcome from the moment you walk inA great local place that has not become complacent and still offers great service regardless of the fantastic reputationThe food was good but the service was outstanding felt so individualWe came here as an end of half term treat and our 12 year old daughter was so brave after having her first Covid VaccinationEven better we sat in the Slytherin bay and the sorting hat sundae came with a hidden Slytherin crest great idea that made our daughters dayThe only complaint is they need to put burgers on the menu other than that outstandingTo the management your staff are fantastic and obviously well trained in customer serviceKeep doing what you do and also put burgers 🍔 on the menu

Delicious I've cream sundaes today, fantastic place to come for an ice cream, waffle or sweet treat. Loads of space to sit inside and proper 1950's diner vibe. Very friendly and polite staff and I'd recommend a visit if your nearby.

I had a clotted cream ice cream with sauce and it was so creamy and tasty, can't wait to go back again. There was a HUGE range of flavours and the portions were massive!

One of the original seaham greats! Authentic 50s diner feel great selection of ice creams and the sundaes are out of this world! Quick service and reasonably priced a must visit for residents or tourists!

Visited here on Saturday and there was a big wait but boy was the wait worth it. Wonderful flavours and great tasting icecream. The waffles were amazing too. Wait and enjoy the treats. Enough place to sit in. Good service too in spite of being very busy
