Orderd mojos house special kebab menu says salad and pittas box was full of chips to make it look full hardly no meat and says fillet lamb comes with kebab and there was non I'm my kebabso was missing the beat part

Food is always great, always comes on time and is well priced. Plus, the pizza's are square. I ike that.

Really starting to go downhill. I place a order and it either comes cold or takes longer than it says.... even started to order from different places and only come here to see if its changed to how it used to be would rather go elsewhere atm

I used to love a good mojos, they did the best calzone and square pizzas in the area. Was a regular, but after a delivery driver showed up last week with an order that wasn't ours while we were expecting an order from a different takeaway, he essentially stole 20 quid from us and it was all the drivers fault. He delivered some else's food to us. We've been trying to get in touch with the manager for about a week and he never calls us back. The communication between the manager and staff is dreadful and I've lost my trust in them.

Wish I could give 0 stars , placed order at 8.30pm with a 9.30pm delivery , last update was gonna make it 23.50 for delivery, tried to cancel order and was met with hostility from the manager and told he was going to throw the f-ing food in the bin . Nice customer service, will be informing just eat as well .

Low quality and not the beat service as well.We had a bolognese pasta.. in a box with salad and chips. The salad was literally in the box without any plate or anything.. obviously warm because of the pasta. I wouldn’t recommend this place but to be honest I didn’t expect much after the reviews I saw before to go there... :)

Lovely food, however cold when delivered and forgot chips... never the less they delivered RED HOT chips 30 mins after closing with free chilli sauce... not perfect but will try again , maybe a collection!!

90 minute wait for stone cold food. Pizza been in box that long that tge bottom was starting to fall through by the time i got it. Should say when ordering how long delivery will be.

Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Ridiculous is the only way to describe the absolute arrogance of the woman monitoring the phones. After ordering food we waited an hour and a half for it to arrive and to then find that all of our garlic sauces had exploded during the delivery, we were missing a portion of chips and had ordered a cheesy garlic bread to only receive a plain garlic bread. When I contacted mojo they firstly aggressively told me to hold the phone while they served someone else which was arrogant and very rude, portraying their disgusting attempt at showing customer service skills. Then by this woman I was told it wasn't their problem and I had to contact JustEat. When we contacted JustEat they were very considerate and contacted mojo who refused to send our remaining food, to which JustEat gave us a £10 voucher to use with themselves. I will not be using mojo again and if it was possible I wouldn't even give them one star!! Ridiculous.
