Great Ice cream! Great prices! Candyfloss icecream was lovely with a unique choice of flavours. You can take out or sit in as well.

Customer service could do with a polishing, neither of the staff members had time of day for the customers. My husband and I called in yesterday 20th Sept 2020 for 2 double 99 (@£2.50 each) and purchased a packed of skittles sours at the same time without taking a lot of notice of the packet until much later on. The total charged was £5.80 not only are they overcharging customers against the advertised RRP on the packet but are selling goods that are 7 months out of date!

Awful service this morning both myself and the customer before me walked out. Ignored whilst the server spoke on the phone. Even some acknowledgement to say I'll be a second would of helped. Shop at the end miles cheaper I found for all drinks

Lovely ice cream place with a huge variety of flavours of ice cream to choose from. You can eat inside or outside if the weather permits. Staff are friendly too. What's not to like right? If in Seaham it is worth the stop in for a sweet treat!

I don’t know who they have all them stars I’m only given them one star because the ice cream was nice but my god there service is shocking they need a lesson on customer service they did not even said hello or thank you the staffs were horrible I will never give them my money ever again. Customer service is soooooooo important they need to improve

Took our school to the beach area behind this shop today. We (all 40) called in for an ice cream! Lovely fast service and even gave us discount! Thank you so much!!

Love this places. We come down to seaham to see family and nearly everyday we come here even on cold days!! Great ice-creams great staff!! 😄
