Best pizza. It’s taste amazing. I’m loving it. Authentic thin crust pizza Must try.

Poor service, incorrect order received- came back with correct order - pizza cold and little topping. Delivery driver lacked the common courtesy to apologise.... avoid at all costs.

Been a PJ’s loyal customer for years , the Philly steak cheese was the final strawTerrible…. It was replaced , no steak just cheese

Usually go to Domino's around the corner, but wanted to give PJ a try. It was not very nice. The whole meal was just bland, and not enjoyable. The group I bought for thought so too. The Garlic sauce was the worst I have ever had, and so binned it.The wait time and service was good though, although I did order several hours in advance to collect on a Friday evening.Back to Domino's.

Store does not pick up phone tried over 10 times then when wanted to enquire why my order is over an hour now .... rude staff with clear language difficulties when managed to talk to them, order took over 2 hours to arrive, cold, wrong size on one pizza... terrible service AVOID! ... stick to dominos

The lunch time deal was terrible I've had better frozen pizzas

Pizza never arrived, staff didn’t care

Stood waiting for my oder at least 15 minutes witch should of been cooked and put on heated shelf for when I arrived, staff ignored me until the manager came asked if I was picking up my oder. Shop was NOT the cleanest and the pizza's we're not the best.. But the Papa John's in Gateshead on Team Valley outstanding pizza's, staff and so clean in shop I know witch one will be getting my custom I live 15 miles from both Papa John's .

Shockingly bad customer service. Ordered a the driver showed up without the 2x drinks we ordered. Driver said he'd bring them back ASAP. 2 hours later and nothing. Rang them up to be told by a woman that "she's already told me they're far too busy to be sending extras out and they'll be free next time".After telling her she's never spoken to me before she still goes on to say that they're too busy to send 'extras' out. Last time I checked something I paid for as part of the order isn't an 'extra'. Either way they aren't sending them and i'm now out of pocket and out of drinks, hopeless.

First time ive ever used Papa Johns and I will be going back. The young lady on the phone who took my order was fantastic. Im isolating away from my children and wanted to send them a treat, she made sure both orders were sent out as soon as they had been made so I could have a facetime takeaway with my family. The quality of the food was exceptional as well as the prices. Then she told me it was 50% off the bill as I am NHS, which I was not expecting. Excellent Service right through. Thank you Papa Johns Gilesgate and thank you to the lovely girl who took my order. Youve definitely got a return customer!
