Pizza King in County Durham

Absolutely disgusting food ordered a burger the bun was soggy and wet chips cold and soggy and burger like cardboard absolutely shocking ordered with a pizza straight in bin🙁🙁

Hygienic the guy keeps touching his hair and face without washing his hands

Absolutely discusting raw chicken, poor customer service and could not even bother to put a bit off lettuce on the burger (even though all burgers come with salad) literally just a dry burger with chicken, came across like he didn’t want to be there and all customers were bothering them!!!. If I could rate lower I would

We ordered 3 burgers and a cheese cake. All was frozen food. You could taste the ice in the cheese cake. As an American this is not fast food. Staff friendly but food is honestly a joke.

Waiting one hour and half got the food it was freezing cold will not be ordering from them again

Avoid! Food was very average no spice what so ever. Guy at the till didn’t even know what to recommend or what the best pizza was. Settled for donner with chips which tasted like ready made heated up artificial junk and prices were extortion . Avoid!

In Durham you cannot get better food plus hygienic from any takeaway other than pizza king

We are a regular here food normally great however last night food was appaling everything was cold and stale parmo solidified pizza was chewy chips freezing no happy with experiance £27 down the toilet

The staff are friendly and the food tastes great, I've been quite a few times and have never had an issue

Order 4 jacket potatoes all potatoes were raw, 1 jacket potato was a bolognese sauce which had hair in the bolognese, another was a tuna one which was dry not even with butter just tuna that had been dumped out of the tin onto the raw potato. Would NOT recommend as after phoning to complain about food they weren't going to do anything about it until next time we ordered even after being told that we will NOT be ordering from there ever again! Really poor customer service.
