Pizza Zone in County Durham

Whoever says "dont believe the negative reviews" has either never had proper food or is a mate of these owners, avoiding this place in future! Pizza topping was burnt but pizza was cold, chips were too and were dry as anything I could snap them in half and the garlic sauce was awful, really strong but watery. Horrible experience.

Chicken is disgusting not even proper chicken. Ordered a chicken and doner kebab to be sold 2 seperate kebabs. Whats so hard about putting chicken and doner together. Id rather eat a scabby salad than eat from here again. Used to be lovely now its just disgusting

Simply ignore the low marks, the food is awesome! Each to Thier own I guess but this place is really good.

the worst takeaway I've ever had by a long stretch never again I can't believe these are still in business. the chips were rock solid, frozen and reheated, the garlic bread burnt and I don't know what that kebab was but it was not anything I'd had before the lot went in the bin would not recommend to anyone 🤢

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERETLDR; Food arrived really late, food was lukewarm, couldn't call cause their phone was off the hook. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEMIf I could've, i would've given them a 0 star. After ordering the food and not having it show up for over TWO HOURS LATER (an hour later than it should've), It arrived LUKEWARM and looking like it's been stuck in the oven for too long. 2 pizzas and a cheesey garlic bread (try to figure out what's what from the pics below). No apologies from the restaurant for it being late, just the driver nonchalantly stating he's sorry its late. No information on when the food was going to be getting here until we tried to call them (phone must be broken or off the hook cause kept getting cut off the instant we called) so we had to contact JustEat to get them to contact the restaurant to find out where our order was. Needless to say, we won't be ordering from here again, and I STRONGLY recommend you don't either, unless you want your time wasted for below average quality food.Edit: A day later, after requesting a refund for INEDIBLE FOOD, which was cold and arrived late, it was DECLINED.

ordered food tonight via uber. driver had wrong address, parmo was welded to some tin foil and the kebab was something i have never ever seen in my life.

Called here tonight. Beautiful pizza made just the way I asked. Best chilli sauce I have ever tasted. Flavours and spices out of this world. Will be definitely be going back. Thankyou

30 minutes late, the kebab pizza was burnt to crisp and looked like it was rushed or somehow forgotten it was getting made, the cheesy chips was rank, barely any cheese on and the cheese that was on was burnt to crisp as well, they were all stuck together and if I picked up one chip I’d end up picking the whole box. The worst ever. Do not order

After three half decent takeaways totally ruined it on the fourth time, chicken wrap tortillas were burnt and it was the most oily takeaway I have ever had literally running from the bottom not just dripping. The chicken itself was a mixture of small scratty bits not even a mini fillet size in it. Pizza was OK but again just loads and loads of oil on a margarita pizza ruined it.
