Came here at around 10pm to use the pool tables which no longer seem to exist here - maybe I dreamt this.Bowling is okay here, it's nothing special but it is just bowling at the end of the day. Haven't tried much else here but I will say the new decor is quite nice but feels like they have reduced the size of the arcade.Reason for my low review is due to the attitude of the staff. We were given attitude for being in the arcade, despite the fact that there was no sign or barrier to indicate it was closed. But a staff member came over and told us to leave and that the barrier had been put up for a reason. When we explained the barrier was not up, we received attitude and generally just poor customer service. We weren't being loud or obnoxious we were simply using the air hockey table.I'm sure a good time is possible here. Just avoid the terrible staff. Quite disappointing really.See photo attached, this was te barrier which was like this when we got there. Clearly doesn't indicate that it was closed and the lights were on (promptly turned off after we left)

Went here for a lazer tag session, the organisation from the staff seemed quite unorganised, however the kids enjoyed it. We then ate downstairs and the food was decent.

First got here at 12:30 , asked to go onto rollerskating and then got told we wernt allowed as we didn't have an adult with us even though on the website it states 13+ are allowed without and adult. We told the man that we came here a couple weeks ago and were able to go on and he said, 'they have been making mistakes then.' He said this in a very rude tone which we we not appreciate as all we were doing is trying to is go roller skating. We went to the front desk and asked a lady if we could go on, she then proceeded to say she would sort it out for us. We then had to wait 45 minutes while she said she was "sorting it out". We then got to the point where we were tired of waiting, went to the desk and asked a different member of staff if we could book it. They were to full and the next time slot was 2 hours away. We booked it as we said we would get food first. After sitting at a table and waiting for food, we decided to cancel roller skating went to ask to cancel it and get a refund. A man at the counter said they wernt allowed to give refunds so gave us a £10 voucher to come back again. It may be store policy but after all the chew they caused it, I am not sure why they couldn't just give our money back to us. Staff members seriously need to be sorted out and be reminded of the rules of this place.

The facilities are excellent. The staff were great. I've not given full marks however as the place was so jam packed with people with no attempt at all to try and ensure social distancing measures were observed. I realise this is very difficult to do given the nature of the place, but it didn't feel very safe. I don't blame the staff in this, they are run off their feet trying to ensure everyone has a good time. I do however blame management as it's down to them to ensure good strategies and procedures are employed to try and make the place a safe as possible. I will be back, but only when the current circumstances have settled down.

Great afternoon out for a family. The laser tag can be booked in 30 minute slots. The teams are formed from customers who have booked that slot. You will be with people you do not know. There's 10 pin bowling, a games arcade. Food can be purchased. Simple, common receipes, reasonably priced.

Good place, not overly impressed with the service and the food, a lot of staff behind the bar but not attentive. Bacon was not cooked very well and loads of fat.

Visited yesterday and this place is great, really affordable prices for the activities you can do and the kids loved it, even the adults got involved in the laser quest.Your kitchen staff are a credit to your brand the food was really really nice better than most expensive restaurants in Manchester and you should make sure they know there value to the business.

Brilliant bowling alley staff were superb with any questions we had.... Great couple of bowling games... Everywhere so clean and tidy as well.... Inside the building they also have roller skating trampolines a laser quest and bowling with food & bar available reasonal prices as well... If your around Durham can reccomend no worries

Visited with family for bowling and drinks. Refurb is great and bowling was good fun. Little disappointed with the choice of drinks - no ale or premium lager - limited choice for mixed age group. Would recommend for a good family outing but please consider changing drinks.

Great place to unwind, lots to do and the food, although the menu is simple, was excellent. Table orders via app available for food and drinks. Drinks could be order ed to the bowling lanes but food could not which is not unreasonable. There's also a mini arcade that the kids loved, the arcade is away from the main areas so does not disturb should that not be your thing.
