Firstly the place looked good until you realise you go down a set of steps down from the bridge. You then find there are more steps this time upwards to to the river view conservatory/ dining area with bar, where we were directed to. That's when the annoyance started, the service was painfully slow, the menu wasn't to my taste but accepted it was ok for my companions. Having ordered drinks & food we could not believe how long it took to arrive, well over 30 minutes which to me is not acceptable given the place was fairly quiet. What was supposed to be a quick lunch took

Took well over an hour to get our food. When it arrived the nachos had obviously been sitting getting progressively soggier for most of that time. When we flagged our concerns, the senior staff were completely uninterested and refused to engage with our feedback.

Go up to the bar to order drinks! Challenge 25 is in effect at the door. Lovely location by the river. Would recommend getting a shot stick. Also the 2 for 1 deals are amazing!

Unique place for drinks, only downside is how its operating, when busy it seems to be mode understaffed, took around 15 minutes before to order up a drink, even food there I have yet to try, the staff tend to focus on select customers, so the prices of the drinks is not worth the wait just for a pint averaging around ÂŁ4.90!The view of the place is decent with a limited view on the terrace compared to downstairs, access to the area can be a bit limited, often times looking as the business is closed instead of being open.3 stars - Staffing needs to be resolved around peak times and service to be efficenct for the price you pay, over all would say its enjoyable for the first time, after awhile it becomes more clear how the business functions.Just honest opinion with the whole staffing problem (mostly down to upstairs and downstairs parts of the business).

Without a doubt the worst service I’ve ever had. Ordered food at 1:50 and got fed up by 3:15, wasn’t warned of the pathetic wait at all and they failed to mention they can’t run a restaurant properly. Got the refund just as the food came to the counter, wasn’t offered to food for free/discounted to make up for them ruining me and my partners day trip out. Sat at a table with glasses on from the people there before us. Those weren’t cleared full stop so the table was cluttered. 0/10, never had to wait this long especially for such easy meals.

Done out like an industrial loft apartment with comfy sofas and chairs with ambient music, not too loud, I am 59 today which is where the three free shots came from, the staff were excellent. Highly recommend

Poor staff service. Good food. The place has a good location and looked welcoming. A male staff member who shower us a table was pleasent. The waitress who was serving us spoiled the whole lunch experience. It started when she was serving our coffees and tea. Only one cup was served with sugar and spoon, more over when she carried coffees she was touching with her bare hands the top of cups (places where lips were going to touch it... Which even in non-Covid time is unacceptable). After asking for sugar and spoons we had a strange feeling the two waitresses, with the longest nails I have every seen on the hospitality industry, were taking about us. That involved significant glances and giggles. We felt very uncomfortable. A cherry of the cake it was when we received the bill (see attachment). The first position was never ordered by us or served.

Booked with 2 friends for bottomless brunch on a Sunday lunch time. ÂŁ25 for 1 hour 30mins. Was a gorgeous sunny day so sat outside. Great atmosphere, tasty food and great service. If you got prosecco it was extremely quick but if you ordered cocktails you waited a little longer for a drink which is to be expected. We decided to stick with the prosecco so we got more for our money.
