Always brilliant, the Sunderland store could learn a lot from these guys.

Love Starbucks - but this is listed as a drive through - and it is not! We specifically diverted from our journey to pick up some refreshments. Please amend the details for others. Thank you.

Really lovely staff and went out of there way to check wot was vegan

Unsatisfied and very disappointed with the customer service provided here. Ordered 2 large drinks yesterday, but when served I asked if they were large as they didn’t quite look it. The member of staff who made the drinks said they were medium. To which I politely replied saying I ordered large. This person totally avoided looking at me, rudely said ‘well, you only paid for medium’ and continued doing what they were doing, walking around, talking to others. I tried to say how much I paid, but they were clearly not willing to look into this for me. Obviously there was misunderstanding at the till, and I understand everyone makes mistakes, but the last thing a customer wants is to feel ignored and uncomfortable by a member of staff when there’s others around. I also understand it may have been busy, but this could have been easily resolved, even if I ended up having to pay slightly more.

Coffee a bit strong , staff helpful , no inside toilet but that's the same for all shops on this site . The only toilets available are the public toilets .

Service was incredibly efficient, had lots of vegan options and food was tasty. Coffee is a bit bland though and everything is overpriced, as is the case with all Starbucks.

We had two drinking chocolates and two lemon sponge cakes which were very nice the chocolates were just right the staff were pleasant we will pop in again soon

Really good coffee. Slow service. Staff in training I think. No problem with this. Place needs a good clean however. Would probably go elsewhere next time.Just realised I have posted this for Dalton park. Should be the Starbucks in Durham beside the bridge.

I like to use small independent cafés usually, but I do occasionally go into Starbucks when I'm at Dalton Park.Coffees were good today and I did order a cinnamon swirl. Asked for it to be heated slightly (which has been accommodated previously) but was told they couldn't do that. Why? Because someone could burn their hand on the icing...But you're a hot coffee and food shop, you heat sandwiches up for customers, which are going to be far hotter than the icing on a cinnamon swirl. Still no...they had a communication (from above) saying no more heating the cinnamon swirls.Jeez. Honestly...Had the coffees as they'd already started on them before the cinnamon swirl conversation. Didn't order anything to go with the coffees.Won't be going back there.
