Do not order from this subway if you are hungry! This is the second time ordering and first time took 2 and half hours to arrive and The second time I’m currently still waiting after ordering 1 hour 45 minutes ago ! Even though I got a phone cal 45 minutes ago to tell me it was leaving the shop and I live 8 minutes away!

Ordered food over just eat, to only end up waiting over 2hrs just for a foot long!This is the second time this has happend!

Disgusting, order wasn't correct, they put sweet onion sauce on my sub when I ordered it with potatoes crisper, which were cold and soggy. Nacho chicken bites were cold, greasy and tasted horrible. Will not be ordering again, save yourself some money and go else where.

Food arrived cold and not only did my sandwich have unwanted tomatoes but half the salad I'd ordered was on my dad's sandwich instead of mine. Ordered 3 rainbow cookies but only sent 1. Poor service considering how expensive the food was.

Been here loads of times and normally food is lovely and customer service fine. However called up yesterday and bought a steak wrap, before starting assistant said she had never made one. Honestly the worst meal I've had, not wrapped properly and half the ingredients were missing.Won't be buying one from there again

Went for some food on my lunch break, ordered two portions of hash browns for me and my girlfriend (she works at sSubway, so knows the standards.) The hash browns were way undercooked, and were basically still raw. The standards were atrocious, was very disappointed with the food and the staff. Will be a no go until the standard level is raised.

It's subway, fairly standard. Though they have started microwaving cheese on the Nachos which makes it taste horrid.

Was in today a customer in front was dissatisfied and spoke to the staff like she was dirt, however the staff handled the situation professionally and was cool and calm definitely a thumbs up for customer service

Horrible service. Very rude and our server had a lot of attitude when we asked for our meals. She slammed boxes, swore and was over all very cheeky towards us. Worst experience ever.
