Normally never had a problem with orders from here.But today's was horrible, binned it after one mouth full

Absolutely horrible experience the food is nice but my fiance picked up one of the curry tubs which cracked open from the bottom of the poly and burn her hand so I phoned up and said what can we do I am not a doctor, this is getting took further to health and safety this is beyond a joke

Really disappointing. My first meal from this establishment and all I could taste in my curry, from the first mouthful, was sugar - yuk!! It was very sweet! Why is anyone's guess - who needs sugar in their curry? Was it even real sugar or some other artificial, highly dubious substitute?Delivery was very quick, but disappointed overall.

Got chow mein and rolls. All we could taste was sugar and 7 peices of meat in a house special chow Mein

Food and delivery did go down hill a bit. We stopped using sunny house. But they have sorted everything out and the food is better than before and quick delivery. If you didn't like it. Tey again. Best Chinese in Aycliffe

Ordered on Wednesday, there were problems & I rang them twice on their landline, both times it went to voicemail so I left them a message asking them to ring me back. It is now Sunday & I'm still waiting.We were told to expect delivery at 19:10, it was 19:30 and half of my meal was missing. I won't use them again.

This was the worst food I have ever had delivered. The food was tasteless, the chicken in the chow mein looked like prepacked cheap plastic chicken of poor quality. The prawn crackers left a disgusting after taste. All went in the bin, what a waste of money and a disappointing family get together. Will not be ordering from here again.

Order food online, came within an hour, which I accept for a Saturday night. Delivery was good, food hot. Only complaint about food was curry watery, but did taste nice. Part of online order was prawn crackers, was charged for them, open bag there was none. Called Sunny House, assistant not the most charming but advised would get some out. They arrived 10 minutes after we finished our food. Food nice, customer service poor.

If I could give it 0 stars I would.Munchy box ribs are a joke!!! They were so small you could have compared them to rat ribs. Really poor quality, the prawn toast was literally toast with no prawn. Will NEVER order from this place again.

Sticky floor when you enter. You can stand at the counter and see in the kitchen (not a good idea if your hungry) as you wouldnt eat again. When we got the food home, well where do ya begin tasteless, cold, and part of someone elses order. And after warmin the food up and eatin it i bet they are glad they didnt get it. The place has changed hands a few times over the years and as it changes it gets worse. Ive talked to a few of the past staff and they say they wouldnt eat from there. I no i won't be eatin anymore food from there. You hear rumors about amimals around the bins but you will get this if the rubish is not in the bins with the lids down. Please avoid the place unless you like been ill.
