Tesco Cafe in County Durham

Staff was very nice women and man but that’s out of the window now as I’ve just got a vegetation sausage muffin from there it was froze still really disgusting turned my belly I was thinking why did it take so quick it was hard frozen and one was half cooket it’s a disgrace

Tesco cafe never fails to dissapoint with their drinks, every single special drink or limited drink always under delivers or over delivers and tastes way too sweet or way too bitter with their hot chocolate with layer of oil on top and their "iced latte" just being bean water. Only good quality is the atmosphere and furniture.

Tescos cafe is one of the best for all day breakfasts. Foods great:) Came here today Wednesday and its still half price right through 8am til 5pm! Great offer! Thanks!

Breakfast nice but cold! Coffee didn't come till I had finished my food. Disappointed

Often go to the cafe but was very disappointed with the service today by a member of staff I didn't catch her name but she had blonde hairThe other member of staff Ryan was serving us then the other member of staff as above came and took over and put her dinner through before he had finished our order. I work in retail and I always thought customers come first before staff. I think she needs to learn customer service. The time of my visit was around 1ish.

Probably the worst capuccino I've ever had, apart from the last time I had one here. I thought I would give it another chance .MISTAKE. No care taken when pouring. The milk had not been frothed enough and was just slopped into the cup. The server didn't take any pride in what she was doing, it was just a case of "here you are get on with it". When she pushed it across the counter and I gave her a look that obviously conveyed my displeasure, she just carried on, no understanding of what I was expressing. Needless to say I won't make the same mistake again.

Really bad. Had the breakfast. Sausage was average, egg ok, hash brown was raw, toast was burned so left that and bacon was tuff like it had been kept warm for 3 days. Coffee tastes like the time I accidentally drank from ullswater lake.

Good breakfast and lunch options. Good range of items available same as most supermarket cafe's. Prices are good and drinks are quite good. Staff are good with any special requests (stuff for kids bottle warming).

Expensive for a small portion, gravy is too thin hair found in meal and service is not up to standard. The only thing we will come back for is hot drinks.

Tesco cafe is a busy warm place providing wholesome food catering for all ages. The menu and price of food is what you would expect from similar cafes. The service is adequate but not cheery and friendly.
