Good food. Good prices and good service.Very central position in Durham and easy for shops and car parks.

Went here today for coffee and cake and the staff couldn't have been more welcoming. Highly recommend the mocha and the caramel shortcake but there were loads of tray bakes to choose from and they all looked tasty. Good place to meet up with friends.

Not a good exprience. Kept waiting at the counter, ordered black Americano & bacon bap. Served with a filter coffee which is not the same, when asked to change the coffee, I was met with the response , that's what you get with the offer!" It might be the case but it's not what I ordered, then had to wait for the correct coffee & was told I would have to pay an extra 95p,I never asked for the deal & im happy to pay for what i had ordered not what i was served with. Some if the staff are rude & un-helpful. I won't be returning for a 2nd visit

Our experience was faultless, coffee was creamy and well presented. In our opinion it was reasonably priced. Good atmosphere, staff were very efficient and pleasant. We returned later in the day and had milkshakes. Again, tasty, well presented and a reasonable price. Service on both visits was timely and waiting time was kept to an absolute minimum. Well worth a visit if you are in the area and need a refreshment!

Nice little coffee house.Found the breakfast wrap delicious, but bacon could’ve been cooked a bit longer. No hash browns which is a tragedy. Filter coffee tasted a bit horrid for me but that’s personal taste. Would come back for the breakfast, and the cakes.

Have a unique and lovely experience going here, downside is pricing.. wanted to give 5 stars however the cafe being more expensive is 4 star from me.Staff are friendly and inside has a warm welcoming atmosphere that makes it worth a visit :D

Last few times I’ve been in to buy my lunch I have been very disappointed ,first time I stood waiting for neally five minutes before being acknowledged by anyone also no conversation from staff a hello or thank you just how much it was ,today I went in and was the same again ,I understand it’s busy but a hello or something would be nice ,the lady in front of me was also pulling a face hearing what they were doing on a weekend ,I don’t normally leave bad reviews but really felt it was needed as I won’t be returning which is a shame because the food is lovely but customer service isn’t great at all .

Even though the poor staff rushed off their feet, they were still exceptionally polite and friendly. The order did take time, but I didnt mind waiting in such a friendly place. My daughter, 6yrs old, didnt even get bored, which is surprising. Will definitely go again as I want to try their cakes, they looked amazing.

Lovely friendly staff, great drinks & cakes, and of course dog friendly, so Arthur gets to come too

Lovely beef Yorkshire wrap just needed horseradish to make it perfect. Lovely Earl grey tea.
