We didn’t prebook a table and the staff managed to squeeze us in which was fantastic, we got carvery which was full of taste and flavour followed by dessert. Jamie served us and we had fantastic service from him and will definitely be coming back - thank you again!

I was in a crisis, left my phone somewhere walked in to the bar I was greeted and made to feel welcome straight away Nina helped me relocate my phone and all the staff was fantastic too an absolute credit to their craft. as I enjoyed a nice pint the atmosphere and the staff made me feel so welcome I couldn't help but stay for longer finishing up with a lovely pineapple and spiced rum after an amazing gammon sarnie. Thanks Nina and thanks to all the staff. Lovely place lovely people fantastic atmosphere and lovely pub aesthetically. I'll be back. Thanks

Always have a great experience when we come here. The barmaid Charlotte is amazing. So so helpful. The young boy we bring in has autism. Charlotte goes out of her way to sort out any strange requests for food as he is a very fussy eater. Brilliant and a credit. Would recommend to everyone.

We were served by Charlotte who was extremely polite and so helpful and had lovely interaction with my granddaughter who is also called Charlotte and is building her confidence talking to adults. Lovely visit to the dancing Betty tonight enhanced by wonderful staff interaction. Superb service

My husband and I have just been for lunch, we chose the cod and chips, it was beautiful! We often have lunch here, and have tried many things from the menu, including the carvery, and I can honestly say it's lovely! The pub and the staff are very friendly and Jamie always stops to have a chat! We will definitely be back!

Menu options are great, and well priced, the staff are always friendly even when it’s busy. Service is quick and the meals are fantastic. We drive past quite a few pubs and restaurants to get to Dancing Betty’s and we celebrated a 21st birthday yesterday and the 3 course meals were deliciousThank you

Greeted promptly and seated on arrival, no booking in place.Ordering food and drinks at the bar- server called us over as we were in a queue so wait time was minimal. Order taken and checked, food delicious and arrived fairly quickly.Plates cleared away promptly and all servers happy, polite and friendly

Our visit was very smooth, the lovely lady greeted us at the door and had us seated immediately. She was so helpful, obviously it was very busy being Mother’s Day but she tried her best to slot walk-in customers in between bookings so they weren’t disappointed. We had the carvery which was beautiful as always, over the moon to see parsnips have stayed beyond the Christmas period. The only negatives for me were the cauliflower was still quite raw in the cauliflower cheese. I’d love to see a green vegetable on there to add a bit of colour, cabbage or broccoli instead of frozen peas. I’d also question why swede is chargrilled for decoration around the meat station but never available as a vegetable to eat 😔. The crackling was also beautiful!! Overall a great visit! Thank you 😊

Just been in for food with the family and goodness me it was beautiful! Such friendly and helpful staff, thank you so much to Mel who served us and was fab with my small family! Will definitely come again and in the near future!
