The Pavillion in County Durham

We decided to try this restaurant after hearing good reports, so we visited for my wife's birthday. We weren't disappointed. The staff were courteous, friendly and very efficient from start to finish. The food we ordered was excellent quality from a good choice on the menu. Although i live about 20 miles away from the restaurant, i will certainly return.

Beautiful food wish spicy food was hotter(spice wise). Staff extremely helpful and kept within their COVID rules. Price of food included 5 rounds of drinks. Wish disabled access was better.

Went out here for a meal with friends, generally I stick to familiar food and don't stray too far away. But, I was on a table of eight and a set meal was chosen, which turned out to be an excellent choice. There was a good selection of different tastes, most of which I'd not tried before. Very good food from a great venue.

Excellent food and very attentive staff, a must for that special occasion

Never have I done Asian food on a Saturday at noon, well I have now. Fair to say I thought this would place would be empty, how wrong can you be, it was busy. Thankfully you reserve a table, otherwise I think we'd be looking elsewhere. We had the one price lunch deal which includes, various starters and mains etc. Very good value and the food was spot on.

Beautiful restaurant inside, fantastic food, excellent service. I recommend eating in, although takeaway is presumably equally as nice. Had a wonderful meal, will definitely be back. I recommend the mussels in black bean sauce - outstanding flavour.
